Chapter 53: Bounded by Contract, Sealed By Fate

"Is that so?" Domhall responded as a playful smile came from his lips.

Louisanna's body shivered in fear as she watched herself and Domhall pointing the guns at each other. 

It looked like both of them were in the modern world, given that they were wearing modern clothes, unlike the past garments she had seen earlier.

However, out of all those memories— this is the only one that's different. They promised that they'd protect each other, but now, their eyes looked like they were willing to shoot any minute by now.

"Try me," Louisanna answered confidently as her head tilted to the side and positioned both her hands on the gun.

'What is this?' Louisanna, who was inside a dream, asked into her mind. She couldn't understand why she saw all of these. 

But another thing that confused her was when Domhall and Louisanna pulled the trigger in unison; Louisanna vanished like thin air.
