Chapter 70: Arena Sixty-Eight: Enlightenment X

I laid on my bed and played around with a ball I had summoned through [Aether: Summoning]. It had been two days since Roxy had shared her story... and I hadn't seen her ever since.

As I rolled the ball with my finger, an idea suddenly came to my mind.

Couldn't I have solved the equipment problem by myself using [Aether: Summoning]? I had an almost infinite supply of SP... so I could do it if I tried.

But I scrapped the idea the next moment.

Even though they were helping me, neither the A.R.M.A. nor the nobles (except Roxy) were my allies. They wanted to make me the emperor, but from what I could guess, if I had agreed, then I would have become a puppet lord to them.

Maybe I was just being paranoid, maybe they really wanted to serve under me... but being cautious was the best option for now.

Sighing, I put the ball down. None of the materials summoned by my skill would disappear, so I didn't summon large objects inside the room.
