"C-could you explain what you just said to me again?" Ace asked, pausing right in the middle of the pathway under the moonlit night. "They what?" 

[They fell in love with the same girl and have been fighting for her affection for a while now.] 

Trying to contain his smile, Ace asked, "So … who is she? How does she look like? Do I know her?"

[You seem oddly curious about someone's love life.] 

"I've been single all my life, of course, I will be curious." Ace chuckled, continuing on his walk again, keeping his eyes out for anything suspicious that might be lurking around. "He seemed like the type to like only one person in his life and then become absolutely obsessed with them. 

"But he is one of the leads and I don't remember seeing anything about this person in his backstory." Ace stopped walking, eyes widening in horror. "Wait, don't tell me that she is the player character."
