Chapter 143: Darkness

Staring at the person in front of him, Ace furrowed his brows, trying to make her features out but that was impossible in the moonlight and the distance. 

"His highness looks so serious." One of them whispered behind Ace. 

"Does he know this person?" 

"Maybe he does not like her?" 

"Will there be another fight breaking out in this town?" 

"I don't know, but we might have to evacuate if they start fighting. I think it will get dangerous." 

"Let's wait for his highness's orders first." 

Damn. She looks so cool. Ace thought, looking at the person on the rooftop with the full moon behind her and the gentle wind making her clothes sway almost poetically. I want to look that cool at least once. 

"Ace." The person shouted before jumping from the rooftop and landing on the ground in front of him.
