Chapter 6: Chapter 6
His sister is pretty and had a long black hair has her brother which was held with a pink ribbon. She kept smiling from time to time and that made her look more pretty but for her brother, he kept a straight face without smiling for a second.
I wonder what kind of guy he is and who seems not to be interested in anything at all. " what are you guys looking at" we turned and saw Jessica standing in front of the door holding some brown paper which I think has food in it. " Jessica come and see" Alice told her and pulled her towards the window and she looked outside and saw them also. " oh my gosh … don't tell me those people are moving to this neighborhood" " of course they are" Alice informed her and she place the brown paper bag she was holding on the table.
I left the window and sat on the bed while those two kept watching our new neighbors. " the guy is hot Bella" I heard Jessica telling me while she watch outside " I think am crushing on him already" " you can't be ridiculous" I told her and she ignored what I said then later on had her attention on me.
" Alice, I think we should go to them and help them out what to u think" " hell no I ain't doing that" I said quickly " And what is wrong with this girl" Jessica asked wondering why I gave that weak response " young lady I wasn't talking to you" Jessica replied " she seems not to be in her usual mood since she saw the guy…. No wait a minute… don't tell me you like him already"
Alice blarbed out and I became shock with what she said " what nonsense Alice …. I don't even know him and you already talking about me liking him" I added and Jessica and Alice looked at each other then looked back at me " so are you saying you don't like him" they asked at the same time and I wonder what this two are up to " No" I answered them " well … we will see about that very soon" Jessica concluded and opened the brown paper bag she brought along with her.
" Alice I bought your favorite" she handled the sandwich to her " thanks I was craving for this a while ago" she said and started eating " you want some" Jessica asked while she had a bite of hers " no thanks" I stood up and went close to the window to see if those two were still around but they are done packing their stuff and went inside.
I left the window in order not to get Alice and Jessica's attention before they start fishing out answers from me with their silly questions.
At seven in the evening, Jessica came back to our house already dressed up and also ready to go out with Alice. I sat in the living room watching the two of them arguing over whose dress is the best . This two are unpredictable when it comes to fashion but I must admit Jessica's dress was cool than my sister's but I kept quiet and watch them argue .
I decided to cut in else this two will spend their time arguing over a dress without going for their clubbing. " you two should stop this already u getting me angry with this argument of yours" I shout out and both of them kept quiet " thank you. so now both of you what's wrong with the dress you are wearing" I asked them folding my arms on my chest. " look , both of you are looking gorgeous with what you wearing so stop arguing and get going you already getting late for your clubbing" I told them and Alice check her time and realized they were thirty minutes late.
They left me all by myself and went upstairs to get some shower since those two are not going to come back early. After washing down, I realized the window next to mine was opened suddenly and lights were turned on.
I stopped what I was doing and kept watching what was going on in the room. The lights went off suddenly and came back again which got me frightened a little bit . " what's going on" I asked myself and went close to the window to check what was going on. Within no time a strange figure jumped out of the room through the window and head towards the bush towards the other street.
I run downstairs and went out of the house and head towards the bush also.. tho I was a little bit scared, I kept walking then heard some noise which frightened me more . I stood there looking around holding my torch then saw a strange thing standing in front of me and I scream out loud and left the torch on the floor and started running back to the house .
My legs couldn't run as fast as I wanted tho I was running fast. I fell on the floor not knowing what happened to me. I felt someone carried me in his arms and went out of the bush and I wonder were he was sending me to. Hours later, I felt someone was staring at me through the window and Immediately I opened my eyes that same thing look into my eyes and he's eyes were sparkling as that of the new guy who just moved into our neighborhood.
I started screaming on top of my voice and the figure jumped out of the room and I became more scared cause I was left alone in the house. I covered myself with the cover clothe. Within some few minutes, I felt a touch on my body and I started screaming again then I heard someone talking " Bella whats wrong" the voice sounded like that of Alice's but I wasn't too sure of myself cause the state in which I was wasn't good for me so l kept screaming and the person pulled the cover clothe from me and hugged me tightly " please don't hurt me" with tears flowing down my cheeks.
" Bella it me Alice no one is going to hurt you okay" she said and hugged me tightly then I became calm and Jessica sat by me in the bed " what's scaring you Bella" Jessica asked me and l couldn't find my voice to reply her but I rather pointed towards the window. Jessica stood up and went close to the window and check what was there but found nothing. She came back and said " there's nothing there Bella… what did you see" she asked again " A strange figure with human form with shining blue eyes which kept looking into mine" I answered her and she became quiet suddenly.
" A strange figure coming from where" Alice asked looking disturbed " it went into the bush and I went there to check what it was but before I realized I fell on the floor and I don't know who brought me here cause I was unconscious" I added and held my sister tightly " am scared…. What if it comes back to hurt me" I asked them not knowing what do.
" nothing will happen to you okay there's nothing to be scared of" Jessica assured me and gave me a smile but that didn't take away the encounter I had with that monster away from my head. Alice took off the dress she was wearing and went to the shower and had some bath and came back to my room to keep me company while Jessica try putting me to sleep. She run her hand through my hair.
Within some few minutes I slept off finally. Jessica had no choice than to sleep beside me in order to keep me company while Alice went back to her room to sleep. I didn't have to worry again cause my bestie was sleeping beside me and l felt protected by her.
I woke up forgetting what happened to me last night .. I didn't know what actually happened but all I know is am safe in the house and having fun with my little sister and Jessica. " you guys didn't tell me how your evening went yesterday" I reminded them and Jessica told me all that happened " it was fun but we close early" Alice said. " met any new people" I asked them and Jessica shook her head in dismay. I stood up and went back to the window and pulled the curtains then I remembered the incidence that happened to me suddenly then I went back to the window.
