Synopsis
Since the dawn of time, spirits have existed with humans, living in either harmony or chaos within nature. They feed off the emotions of humans and the state of nature, growing stronger with every imbalance in the world. Some humans are marked permanently by spirits. It is believed to be a sign of a life full of misfortune. In return, however, they obtain heightened senses towards spirits.
When unrest and hatred rise in the human world, the spirits burst out of a barrier separating the worlds to wreak havoc.
Zuii lives in Unius, a formidable empire where a threat of a spirit burst looms over the divided civilization. She and her childhood friend Yuryna bonded over their spirit marks. But as the world of humans and spirits come closer to colliding, they join the Otherworld Defenders, a group dedicated to suppressing the spirits from taking over the world. While meeting new allies and learning more about the spirit world, they must come to terms with hidden secrets, dangerous changes, and a fate far greater than themselves.

Recently I had the pleasure of digging inside this great story and all I can say is that I love it. The plot is just so well thought and developed very well. I hope that the writer will keep developing the story to give the characters and, of course, us, the readers, a worth-telling ending.
This story has some problem on the grammar here and there, but it was overall a good read nevertheless. We need more kind of this story tbh, but it needs fixing as of now.

Another one of my random reviews as suggested by Discord! Today, I stumbled upon this story here and I'd like to share with you, what I thought while reading it, without spoiling anything for new readers. This review is gonna try and cover why all the categories got a five-star rating from me and I urge people to read this book no matter what my review says and make up your minds on your own. That said let's begin! The premise of this novel is fascinating and memorable because of how unique its setting is. I am very positively surprised by how intrigued I was with everything right away. The writing quality has a lot to do with that so let’s talk about that. Right from the first chapter, it becomes obvious that the author has perhaps a better grasp of English than he would give himself credit for. That is a very good thing and here is why. Whenever an author succeeds, at presenting well thought out sentence structures, the reader's experience becomes seamless. This becomes especially obvious when following a storyline that crosses into a new chapter from a previous one. This has been of no issue here to my great relief. The only suggestion I can think of, in regards to the writing, would be to experiment a little with the formatting. I have read this story both, on mobile and PC and noticed that some paragraphs in chapter eight, for example, become large blocks of text on the mobile version but this comes down to preference. As of the time of this review, the story has eight chapters in total and I eagerly anticipate its upcoming releases. That is unfortunately all I can say in regards to release frequency. The story development was done brilliantly, nothing felt rushed or drawn out. Details and information were smoothly worked into the story without dumping any of it. The characters are a mix of ordinary, everyday life, and very unique traits. I am excited to see how they and the world they live in continue to grow and change over time. I think each chapter gets better and better, personally I think once the author gets to the 20 chapter or 25 chapter mark, they would have ironed out the novel to becomes the masterpiece I know it is. I have been following so far and I've gotten to like to the overall structure of Yukika: a moderate character. I wish to see the rest of the story as I do not see what I would call the build-up of a major conflict save the disattachment of Yukika and Akira.
It took me a while to write a review since I got mine and been pretty busy. Nonetheless, I've been liking this very much developed story! I've been reading this whenever I undergo writer's block, and it does not fail to entertain and fascinate me. I am anticipating for more chapters. Keep on writing!
