"Kioku-san!" A boy with bright-blond hair called out as he chased after the (h/c) haired girl. His grip on the (F/F) tightened as she turned around. Her natural, angelic features that could easily capture one's heart.
"I-I..." He stammered as his face flushed into a bright shade of red. Crouching down on one knee, he shoved the (F/F) in her face. "K-Kioku-san! W-Would you p-please go on a date with me!"
An apologetic smile graced her lips as she shook her head. "My apologies, Agatsuma-san. I'll be spending the rest of today with my two younger twin-brothers." She paused as she pulled out a little piece of paper from her pocket, "I'll be available tomorrow, if that's alright with you."
"O-of course!" The boy rapidly nodded as he held back the urge to hug the (h/c) haired girl.
"A-ah by the way, that's my number," she lightly giggled as she watched the blonde-haired boy clench onto the paper as if it was a bar of gold. "I'll see you tomorrow, Agatsuma-san!"
"Y-Yeah!" He wooed as he made a mad-dash back to his friends. A love struck expression was evident on his face as he grinned at the comments that were being thrown around.
"Aw.. whoever he is, he's quite lucky to go on a date with the Angel of the Academy."
"She turned me down last time... lucky bastard.."
"AITO! That's because we're DATING!"
"Eehhh? The Angel of Kimetsu No Yaiba academy has finally accepted a date with somebody..?"
Finally spotting his friends at the Wisteria prefecture, he happily waved at them.
"TANJIIIRO! Kioku-san said that she'll go on a date with me!" He exclaimed as hearts comically appeared around his face. During his moments of happiness and joy, he failed to notice the dejected expression on the burgundy-haired boy's face.
"...Congratulations, Zenitsu." Tanjiro muttered as a shadow casted over his face.
"Who cares? The new Demon Slayer MMPORG game is finally out, LET'S GO!" Inosuke cheered as he ran off into the distance without even looking back once.
Snapping out of his love-struck trance, Zenitsu ran after his friend who was already several streets away. Turning around, he caught a slight glimpse of his burgundy haired friend who was still standing in same spot as before.
"Tanjiro, let's go before it's all sold out!" He hollered as he swung his bag over his shoulders. "WAIT FOR ME, INOSUKKEEEE!"
Tanjiro clenched his fist as he could no longer hold back the tears that were brimming in his eyes. Kamado Tanjiro, a boy who didn't mind sharing with others. He was a kind boy who let others have their way. Especially due to the fact that he has 5 siblings, he has never hesitated to share.
"Am I invisible to you, Kioku (Y/n)...?" Tanjiro muttered as old memories flew back to him like a broken record.
"Hi! I-I'm (Y/n), would you like to be friends?" A little 4 year old (y/n) quietly spoke as her (e/c) orbs refused to meet his welcoming wine red eyes.
"Of course! I'm Tanjiro, and you're really pretty!" He exclaimed as he shot her a reassuring smile.
Her face puffed up into a soft shade of pink, as she nervously hid her hands behind her back. "T-Thank you, Tanjiro..."

A young eight-year old Tanjiro sat down next to (Y/n) as he turned to face the quiet female. "(Y/n), we'll always be friends, right?"
Placing her little hand onto where her heart would be, she confidently answered with a beaming smile. "Of course! I'll never forget you, Tanjiro!"

She clung onto the boy like a koala as her endless streams of tears blurred her vision. "I-I'm sorry, m-my parents said that we have to move to America. It's for my two younger brother's education..."
"I-It's fine! No matter where you go, we'll still be friends! B-But don't forget me alright, (Y/n)?" Tanjiro sniffed as he patted her back coaxingly.
"M-Mhm, I won't..."

Gazing down at the (h/c) haired girl who appeared to be happily talking to someone on the phone, Tanjiro let out a frustrated sigh.
"It's only been 5 years, yet you've already forgotten me. Yet my feelings for you have never changed, (Y/n)."
