Synopsis
After spending his entire life tirelessly dedicated to medicine, our protagonist dies with the deep regret of never having fulfilled his dream of becoming a doctor and, above all, not having enjoyed his life. However, fate grants him a second chance by transmigrating his soul into the body of PJ Duncan, a teenager who has just moved with his family to a small town in Texas.
In his new home, PJ finds himself surrounded by unique characters who will change his life forever. Among them is Sheldon Cooper, the genius son of the neighbors, whose intellect defies everyday logic. Additionally, PJ meets the enigmatic and brilliant Dr. Gregory House, a doctor whose unconventional skills and methods inspire him to pursue his old dream.
In this new life, PJ must not only adapt to his environment and understand the dynamics of the Duncan family but also face the challenges of adolescence while trying to make the most of this second opportunity. With his previous knowledge and new friendships, PJ has the chance to rediscover the meaning of living fully and, perhaps, finally become the doctor he always wanted to be.

Write a reviewThere is too much redundant useless stuff. Reading it feels like it watching a soap opera,, with 2 manu dialog that lead to owhere. 99% of these interactions can be cut down & 70% of the scenes can be cut down, if they are not adding to the plot or a setup for future reveal or funny or cool you don’t need to write them. I am reading onle line from every 5-10 paragraph & am keeping up. That is such a waste... This is good story, start cutting down scenes and dialog to make it a great one
Good for webnovel standards. Alright grammar and update stability. That’s all that’s going for it though. MC has a paper thin personality, zero social skills, and overall an inconsistent character. Could’ve gone without reincarnating him at all to be honest, you just gave him a past life with no emotion or maturity carrying through. Could’ve just made him smart. The teenagers don’t act like teens at all, additional characters added are just paper cutouts. Prose has elements of awkwardness, it reads somewhat like it’s been ran through google translate and edited. Dialogue is complete dogshit though, really bad. Feels like an ai was build to insert another character into a script. Plot doesn’t change much, story is also moving at a snail pace. Overall 4/10 for webnovel standards
I’ve finished it on mtl. It’s actually one of the most interesting Chinese take-on American drama, in my opinion. The man does get too OP by the end of it, but it stays at level of Sheldon Cooper x John Wick kinda character by skills standards, even though he’s an excellent doctor. The story is bit too long for my tastes, but whatever. Characters are flashed out nicely, he’s changed like a couple of girlfriends, and ends up with one of my favourite TV female geniuses, raises a cool daughter and all. All in all, definitely worth it to read it at least once
I came here looking to read about Big Bang Theory, or in this case young Sheldon, but stayed because of the Dr. House chapters.
This is actually a well written fanfic. Granted that there are some errors, but the plot is just amazing. There is only one bad thing for me, but other than that everything is great.
Really enjoyed reading this fanfic, it seems to be well written and heading in a direction that looks to make a promising story. Keep up the good work Author!!!!! ………………………………………………………………………… ………………………………………………………………………… ………………………………………………………………………… ………………………………………………………………………… ………………………………………………………………………… …………………………………………………………………………
I will leave my second review because basically the author asks for it, I was, if I remember correctly, the first person who found this gem and my opinion has not changed, I reread DAD and I can say that this novel despite having less than 1% of chapters than DAD It is infinitely better. This novel is one of my favorite novels and I hope it continues for a long time.
A fic that can be slow for some people but I think that it's a good thing for the development of character and ''backstory'' for the future to ''have material to use'' which is a good thing but I also like it if you makes people react like you did with the news paper which gave good reaction and reveal the mc to the world and boost the tempo with futur ''action and drama''.
The story is great so far, I like the character interaction so much. Thanks for the story [img=recommend][img=recommend][img=recommend]
I really enjoyed the original MTL, that this was inspired by except for a few glaring issues with the original it was one of my favorite drama fics So I hope the author can continue this and finish it And I do hope that Paige from the original fanfic stays the main female lead since I thought it was pretty solid relationship at least better than all of his other ones except for maybe Heather, and Juno(which I don’t think counts, because they never actually did anything they were just best, friends) And if the author does not want to make Paige the female lead I totally understand, but I do hope you point her in the right direction when she tries to throw her life away because of her parents divorcing
The writing is overly redundant, it explains almost everything. The author is such a fanboy that he thinks the fictional characters would get hurt, so he dumbs down Sheldon's actions to Georgie so that there wouldn't be any misunderstandings. The pacing also suffers from this, since he tries to include every character even if it won't help the plot. The Mean Girls also felt out of place, you could just include the Heathers since it's the 90s. Even Missy and their mom gossip about them in the show. Overall it's still good, I just wish it wasn't written like every Dhar Mann sketch.
muy bueno. tiene una forma de escritura fresca y la trama no es forzada o almenos no se siente asi como tal. nos introduce a los personajes de a poco y se desarolla bien 👍
Reveal SpoilerI like the story so far, and as I am reading ch57 there was little bit of romance, but after the cheerleader arc, I see nothing but medical jargon, and story is mostly about doctors and medicine. And don’t get me wrong that the story is good, but if you put romance tag than I expect it a little, but as of ch57 there is no real development. That’s the issue I have, and the medicine stuff makes it heavy. However remember it is just my opinion and that I like that there would be little more romance or drama, like there would be a mix of professional medic stuff and romance and his life. Or remove the tag entirely… In the end it is my personal opinion and preference, I will not drop it but I am a little disheartened.
Reveal Spoilerapsolute masterpiece, the characters feel like they are straight from the shows, there is some real character development and the shows are wery well incoporated i like how some charaters are younger because the plot of their shows happends in the future insted of making the shows happen 20-30 years before they should, it feels wery well thout out and I realy enjoy reading it, please continue and good work[img=recommend][img=recommend][img=recommend]

It is a great novel and it seamlessly blends all the shows together while keeping a pretty enticing narrative, I just hope the author can out out more chapters
I personally hate school plots but you’ve proven yourself, great story, characters personality wasn’t in line with my taste but good none the less. Kinda got monotonous after chapter 40 though.
This is a very good story. I like how it interacts with the world; it doesn't feel forced. I like how it introduces the characters and its personality. It's a bit annoying that it doesn't pick up on hints from ladies, but you already said it will improve in that aspect over time. Keep up the magnificent work
I've been reading LN n WN, for about 6 years, n i can say that this fanfic is one of, if not the best fanfic of the Slice-of-Life genre, the writing style, ch length, charcter development, n overall how the story make u feel like its made by an expert, 10/10 for me, just asking the author, without spoils if u dont want to say, who is the final FML? or atleast which movie/tv show is she from?

Well, I remembered that it's supposed to be my divine duty as an author to write my own review with 5 stars. If I really had to write my own review, I would give myself 3.7 stars. I'm still very much a novice when it comes to writing. I'll likely make repeated mistakes with the personalities of the characters I'll be borrowing for this story, and the situations may be somewhat unbelievable. However, if you're willing to endure that and accompany me as I improve my writing style, welcome.[img=recommend]
