City of Neon

The City of Neon is a beautiful and deadly place. The streets filled with crime, garbage, vast colors of neon, and holo-adverts. The air overtaken by hover vehicles called Kuruma's. Clouds loom forever above, blocking out the sun and separating the poor from the rich. Buildings reaching above the clouds is Heaven City. Where the sun is breathtakingly beautiful, buildings are clean, and people live stress free, mainly due to expensive emotion dampening cyberwear, developed by Corella Robotics.
