"Ok" said Ash who was eager and curious about her affinity. Grim woke up due to Ash's curiosity and joined her partner, but watching from their subconscious. Ash circulated his mana and brought out a white flame in the palm of his hand, Saffiyah looked at this with concern as just this small flame was burning away all her daughter's mana within seconds. Taking the orb, Saffiyah moved Ash's flame into it, both Ash and her mother stared at the orb, Max and Aaron peeked from Ash's new room's door which was gonna be on the first floor of their house. It took 10 minutes before a reading was given. A-Rank read the item as everyone including Marilda was surprised, Max was proud of himself as he had another talented child. "Now dear, use your other affinity, '' said Saffiyah, who had a smile on her face, eager to start training her daughter.
Ash asked grim to do her affinity as Ash couldn't fully use Grims ability and it was the same for Grim. Grim circulated their mana and brought out a scary but beautiful miasma. "So pretty, like a poisonous rose" said Saffiyah who noticed that it also burnt through a lot of mana. Taking the energy and putting it into the orb, Saffiyah as well as the others awaited a response from it. Max and Aaron got closer while Marilda just took a seat right next to Saffiyah. A-Rank read the device. Everyone was fully shocked as both of Ash's affinities were extremely high. Max set out to start hunting. "Where do you think you're going" said Saffiyah was a multitude of spells surrounded her, a water whip extended and dragged Max back into the house. "Im gonna go hunt in the C-rank zone so that we can support Ash" said Maxim with a drop of sweat rolling down the side of his face.
"Not until you finish fixing your daughters room, and also, don't go there. Bring Aaron to an E-rank zone so that he can train." said Saffiyah who dissipated her magic. "Alright dear" said Max, who was dejected, continuing to work on fixing Ash's room. It took an hour before the room was done and in the meantime, Saffiyah guided Ash in sensing the different element affiliated mana and how to convert neutral mana to match her affinity. During the hour, Ash was able to sense only neutral mana and a bit of fire mana, but nothing matched her affinities so she only practiced her sensing. "Being able to sense different mana elements is essential in exploration and fighting, as you can notice energies that you are strong against and energies that may overpower you. It as well hastens the training of your core as neutral energy is the weakest kind of mana. Training with mana that suits your affinity hastens your magical power and control training".
"Ash, come see your new room" said Max proud with his work. Both Saffiyah and Ash walked over to see what it looked like and it was literally baby proof. "I'll ask the array master who was supposed to come to our house next month to put up a mana gathering zone within your brother's room so that he becomes more aware of his affinity and mana capacity training. I'll request for your room as well to have a mana gathering array. The only thing you and Aaron need to do is convert the mana to match your affinities. When this happens you will have to take care of your own rooms as you both have very destructive elements." said Saffiyah who was proud of how things were going.
"Honey, bring Aaron to that zone, I'll be taking Ash to the element cave" Said Saffiyah. "The element cave is a C-rank zone, and is really far. Are you sure?" Said Max with concern. All of a sudden, multiple magical items floated down the stairs and were put on by Saffiyah in a flash. "Don't worry dear, we both know I can handle basic element zones and dungeons, plus I could just guide any nearby monsters away from us quite easily" said Saffiyah with no concern. "Ok, at least bring the transport crystal that would teleport the both of you back to town" said Maxim who was still concerned, as when they brought Aaron there to get familiar with element sensing, they went together. Saffiyah smiled and showed inside her coat all kinds of last resort one time use items. "Ok ok, fine, just stay safe please" said Max as Aaron was done preparing. "Of course dear" said Saffiyah.
