Lais wanted to take this chance to explore a bit but there was a pair of eyes, so he decided to drop it for now. He took off his turban and followed both Ghassan and the servant boy to the bathhouse. Lais stopped in front of the wooden house looking at its state.

The servant boy apologized. “I am sorry, Sir. This house is shared by both the servants and the masters, but we do have separate chambers for each."

He led the prince to the right side and stood in front of the door. “I will be outside, Sir.”

The boy left the room. Ghassan helped Lais to enter the bath. “Sir, the guard is very strict here. It will be hard for us to find anything.” Lais nodded in agreement as he passed the robe to Ghassan.

“They made sure to keep an eye on us. At this rate, we won’t be able to survey the mine. Even if we do get to do it. They will change the workers before we arrive.” Ghassan passed him the light robe to wear in the bath. “Sir, should I send one of our own to check the place?”
