On her way to college Sana was talking to herself she developed this habit from childhood and it also comforts her when she is having a bad day.
"Gosh! That girl was so creepy. Came out of nowhere and then disappeared in thin air like a ghost. Was she a ghost or something?" The distance between college and hostel was 5-10 minutes of walk so she reached on time. She showed her ID card and went to find her class. There were some more freshers along with her, the college campus is so huge that it took her forty five minutes to find her class fortunately she went one hour earlier so she was not late for her class.
After the class she called Ash, "Where are you?"
"Cafeteria."
"Alright." She hung up the call and went to cafeteria.
"This is not a break you know right?" She asked him while having a bite from his burger.
"I know and that is mine." He said as he took back his burger from her.
"You practically have to run for the classes here if you have less time in hand. And right now you have only five minutes. How will you reach on time dude?" She said while sipping his coffee.
"You see those stairs. My next class is just there only where the stairs end. So I can reach on time even if I have 5 seconds and that...is also mine." He said as he took back his coffee from Sana.
"Fine, take it stuff yourself. I don't have time because my class is like in the next city and maybe I am running late. Bye." Saying this she ran to her next class.
"She is surprisingly fast today." saying this he picked up his coffee,
"What the hell? You finished my coffee." He was irritated because he had to get another cup of coffee now.
Sana checked her class number provided in the schedule and she went to find her class. She was the first one to reach there after a while some students entered the class she saw that Ash also came there. She texted him, "You said your class is next to the stairs. What are you doing here?"
"Dude, That is what I want to ask you. What are you doing here?" He replied, just then the Professor came.
"Let's talk about that later." texted Ash.
The professor didn't even told any one of them to introduce themselves or something but he started teaching directly. As he started teaching, Sana realized she is in the wrong class. But now even if she goes to the correct one she will be late and she doesn't want a bad impression on her first day. So she attended this class and after that Ash came to her, "Did you switched to this class and didn't even told me?" He asked.
She said, "No, I came to my class which was on the third floor."
"This is the class I told you beside the stairs see room no. two zero zero three - A" He said and showed her the room number written on the Door.
"But I definitely came to the correct room dude. See here it is also written room no. Two zero zero three.....V?" She was mistaken.
"You read V as A. At least check properly. But how can you possibly mistake ground floor for the third floor?" He asked.
"I don't know how this happened. I am sure I went to the third floor and I was the first one to reach here." She said.
"Of course you will be the first one if you run here which is so close to cafeteria when there were still five minutes..."
"Five minutes." She interrupted.
"There are only five minutes left for my next class. I am leaving bye." Then she disappeared.
"Huh! Where did this girl go? She never lets me complete my sentence." said Ash and then he also left for his class.
This time Sana came to the correct class. In the lunch break she went to Cafeteria with her new friends and she told them about her confusion this morning, one of them said that she should have messaged in the group. They would have helped her and told her to do so next time she is stuck somewhere. After lunch they all went to the library because they heard that the library here has a vast collection of books.
Sana loves reading books so she was amazed by the collection of books there because there were so many varieties and subjects. She ran towards the novels section to check whether they have books of her favorite author "Aditi" she jumped out of excitement because they had all the books she has written till date. Then she ran to the college history section there she noticed a College Photo-book she pulled it out and cleaned all the dust settled on it. She sat on a nearby desk as she was about to open it someone tapped her back.
"Hi." It was Suzy her roommate.
"Hi Suzy. I couldn't find you in college after you left from hostel." said Sana. Though she didn't even tried to find her.
"Yes. I have my classes in another block that's why we didn't crossed paths."
"I see. So is this the only Library in this college?"
"Well I also don't know about it but someone told me that here I will find the books I am looking for. So I came here."
"Yeah! I just now saw that they also have Aditi's books. I was so thrill...."
"What? Aditi's books are also here?" Suzy got excited as well.
"Are you also her fan?"
"You too?" Suzy asked. Both of them nodded and started jumping in excitement then they noticed everyone was staring at them. Of course it is a library people will stare if you start jumping for a mere favorite author's books. Then they stopped and moved silently towards the novels section and she showed Suzy all the books.
"Should we borrow all the books right now?" Asked Suzy though she has already read all the books still she wanted to read it again.
"Should we? Let's do that." Says Sana. She has read each of those books three times already.
"Didn't you already read all the books?" Interrupted Ash.
"When did you came here?" asked Sana.
"When you were busy disturbing people in a LIBRARY with this girl whom I don't know." He pointed at Suzy and then when he properly looked at her, he was shocked.
"You?" asked Ash. All the books fell from Suzy's hand, her face turned pale as soon as she got a proper look at Ash's face she identified him and she ran out of the library. Sana was confused about what happened right now. Ash followed her but he couldn't catch her she was way too fast.
Sana asked him, "What was that? You guys knew each other?" Ash looked tensed and furious.
"Yeah! She..."
