mesmerizing from beginning to end. story evolved from realistic beginning to ups and downs and the ending shows a realistic ending that satisfies the reader

This novel started nice, even though it was annoying that every chapter was so short, only about 200-300 words... But the MC was too useless! I could only endure till chapter 600, always reading how he wants to be strong and protect his daughter, always saying he would buy strength from the system but rarely actually does. How every time when they are in trouble and in danger, it is either his daughter or her masters or someone else who saves him... How much can one read about a useless MC?? All the fighting scenes are of someone else other than the MC... Also, as far as 600 chapters in, I got sick of his daughter! I mean, she is cute, we got that, can we move along with the plot now?? Anyway, I don't recommend this novel.

Great story but with an abrupt ending, although the ending was too fast to my liking and many characters didn't receive the closure that was needed and it could easily have more than 100 chapters to properly end it. But it was worth it, it's new and not tiring and would keep you hooked if you like a slice of life.

Could have been better. There's nothing special with the ending at all and I feel like the novel should have been longer as there are still a lot of things that the novel should explain and explore.
Its one of the best heartwarming yet action packed novel ive read. 10/10 I would very much recommend it.
a sweet story that managed to blend scifi and fantasy without forgetting that food was the core. Amy forever the sweetest chowhound.

It entertained me to a point but, I hate when a character's strength development is so slow, 800+ chapters and they still have 4th level strength. Also, I hate how the system always forces Alex to do what he wants, since it always gives him ridiculous penalties. It could have been a good novel without those things, for now I prefer to leave it.

It was a good ride. I enjoyed watching it til end. There are some translations issue but it is still manageable. Highly recommend reading this!

I've just found this book a week ago and I've been hooked. I'm sad it had to end as I have enjoyed it 😊 but like they say "Everything has an ending" 🤔
Rare that I find a book that can keep me engaged for so long. fun, cute and no lack of action that doesn't impact the cozy setting of the restaurant!
Too much amy screen time. Each customer she calls a slur but its okay cause shes cute? I’m sick and tired of her if theres no plot armor she would have got her father killed already. She’s by far the worst character in this book, it was cute at first but now she sounds like a broken alarm. Gtfo my screen. This book deserves a flat 1 for her

It’ s very beautiful novel I like the character and it’ very entertaining. There’s no boring chapter.
An absolutely fun and heartfelt read. Mixed in with action and all the other normal fantasy stuff while still keeping it's originality. Starts out very system heavy but gets more about the story, world and characters as you read on. Ending was a bit rushed but managed to tie up all loose ends I can think of. Worth to read without doubt. (All chapters read)
why would you name a child Kiddo. how unoriginal and unimaginative can you be. other than that one qualm the book is decent overall. but really. Kiddo?!? could have literally chosen anything else
