Not bad. Writer likes to repeat himself which should be minimized. Reduce the family time, and focusing more on empire building and introducing new technology at a reasonable pace would make the story just perfect.

Mc gets so op after getting his wish that's fine but i fail to see the point here. He should have reincarnated way before? India will get its independence with or without him if he had reincarnated way back in the past he should have been able to stop them from looting so many national treasures. If you get op mc it gets boring when yk he can bulldoze everything, it should focus on comedy. He can create skills so why does he even have to negotiate and play politics? Use shadow clones and create mind control or my altering skills and spread them all out. You can dominate the country in 2 chapters bruh. Mind control/mind reading may not be morally upright but you can turn bad guys into good guys or know all about their plans. Mc plans to make India better is nice and all but with a wish like that you can end the novel in next chapters. I'll rewrite my review after reading more.
