Shadow Slave: Possibilities Without Meaning

It’s pretty great. The writing is amazing, the grammer and spelling are flawless. My only complaints mainly have to do with the content of the fanfic and not stuff like writing or spelling. Let’s start with the MC. Good ole basic reincarnation into a teenagers body, orphanage blah blah blah. Nothing new but that’s fine. Then we get to his powers… He is essentially Sunny 2.0. Yeah it’s kind of different but not really. I personally would have liked to see something other than darkness abilities but it’s not a deal breaker for me. The mc’s personality is okay, nothing to write home about. Then we have the pacing. Overall I’d say it’s not bad, however I do feel that there are a lot of time skips, like 30 days or 60 days that feel a little out of place. If there was just a bit more time or a few more paragraphs of what the mc went through during those time skips It would be fine. Basically, it has a fast pace, which isn’t bad, it just needs to be toned down a tiny bit more for my liking personally. Lastly we have the lead characters. Unfortunately, as of chapter 23, the mc hasn’t interacted with any and I mean literally any character from the original story. He has seen them, and had a bit of a staring contest, but that’s it. Having a fanfic mc that’s does his own thing is fine, but the whole essence of a fanfic in my opinion is to interact with lead characters and change some parts of the story because of it. And so far, that hasn’t happened. Overall though, it’s an amazing fanfiction. Even if none of my complaints are addressed I’ll still continue reading and enjoying the story im sure. I’ll be gladly looking forward to the future of this fic. I swear every Shadow Slave fanfiction I read gets dropped… I hope that isn’t the case for this one as it’s truly the best I’ve read.

A real good fanfic of shadow slave. I just hope it doesn't follow in on those other fanfics that just die out after 25-30 chapters. All things considered however the story is certainly good, entertaining even.

This is a beautiful fanfic, the MC doesn't suck up to the other main characters, he has a clear goal and his powers are unique and creative. The author is not short on imagination or writing quality, plus the suspense and the MC not always being lucky but also having his fair share of problems like SS MC is something I really like of this FF. What I like the most is the author's way of writing that makes it seem as if I really am reading SS.

It's great. MC isn't simp, weirdo or any diabolical stuff other authors like to make. MC has creative power with advantages and disadvantages. Not like others when MC is overpowered and is killing Corrupted terrors in first nightmare. There's no harem which is just great. MC has clear goals and doesn't sucks up to main cast. In overrall it's great so keep up.

This fic is amazing! Its one of the best Shadow Slave fics out there, and it might eventually even become the best! I love the premise of a character with knowledge of future events, and acting on that knowledge. Aldric is the best case of this, and I hope the story diverges more as time goes on. I just hope in the future there'll more of Morgan. She's a favourite of mine and I feel there's a lot of missed potential with her in the main canon.

Good up until recent chapters. Fanfic dramatically fell off after the Forgotten Shore, and even then it’s not unreadable, but the author posts like one chapter a month, so there’s just no point in reading when you don’t remember anything about the story.
