She knew that he wouldn't end her life just like that. He thrived on fear and he would continue to torment her until he would have his fill.

His hand with that blue-stone ring moved and a portal began to form, the very similar one he had created when he abducted her. Grabbing her arm, Kanyon pulled her inside the swirling fiery ring and both of them disappeared from the place.
