Decided to try this bc is I read another one of authors ff and quite liked it (one that hasn’t been updated in like a month prob because he’s writing this one :( ) so I decided to check out this one but was quite disappointed. The writing is oviously good, as I was expecting from the author, but the story itself is just not really my style. He gets yet another generic system after getting transmigrated to a unhealthy/overweight body (not exactly original but it’s whatver) with do this gain stat points, complete missions, get skills. And then there’s there’s the commentary thing which he implemented from his icarly ff. It makes sense there because that’s in the original, but here it just feels like a break of immersion, and a shortcut to giving character exposition without actually having to think about how to implement it into the story. Overall still think author is great and I’ll prob still come back to check if he writes anything else, but this one ain’t for me.
The commentary absolutely ruins the Novel just do POVS and whats even more annoying is is that even in the commentary the words to describe feeling indirectly are just used again and again like this: Oliva said sadl: svgsgdhdhdhdhdhduduu. Hahshshgdgdhdhdhg: said Oliva said
I absolutely love everything about this book. I know for a fact it's one of the sole reasons I come on this app. So Author awesome job and I hope you keep it up

I love this type of story that shows the fans' point of view, even more so when it's so fun. Now, can anyone recommend similar novels to me? With this trope of showing the fans' point of view, etc.
I've never been a huge fan of novels about getting famous, but this one has changed my mind.

English is not my first language. I use google translation. Will the protagonist be the superstar he was made to be? The real person and what other people see in the acting world are very different things.Because as you can see the main character conceals his drawings for sale, his quarrels, his appearance, his personality, and there is also a plan to create a virtual personality to hide the real one. So I want to know if this is a novel about a fake superstar. Their identities on social media and real life are completely reversed.

there is no fun in reading when the book itself disorienta and dis-immerse you from reading the book. too many annoyance. stat pop up every paragraph and nonsensical interview pop up twice in a chapter.
can you add Bring me the horizon - Can you feel my heart Smiths - how soon is now (rare live version) Depeche mode - Enjoy the silence The White Stripes - Jolene, Under Blackpool Lights - you can play with theme that that world have Dolly parton's version and mc have made cover. And back in black =D

This novel is very entertaining to read and the progression is good it could be a tad bit faster but otherwise good pace. But please author is you see this tone down on the mc glazing by every other character and himself like basically every caracther that isn’t an antagonist has a paragraph or 2 where they just marvel at how good and handsome he is it doesn’t feel natural hopefully you can improve on this front.
The story is great but the commentary ruined it for me. it just breaks the flow of the story. it's like a completely different novel. One that tells the story of the MC and the other is a TV show interview of all the characters. is the two still the same story? yes, absolutely. does it flow naturally? No, It feels like there's a dude that keeps butting in someone conversation... POV would make more sense... what a shame

i like this book alot , The story is great and mc is good , but the comment sections during the story is a little annoying ngl , going in to dept over the littlest reactions makes the story unreadable sometimes
nice novel so far,but only thing I found annoying is how easily the others accepted his fast weight changes,like no one even doubted he could have been taking drugs
