Chapter 101: You’re Not Fine, So Let’s Get Lunch

—OSAYI'S POV—

Returning to the Academy felt strange after all that he'd experienced in just a couple of days.

Everything was the same, almost like the events for the past couple of days had been merely a bad nightmare that Osayi had finally woken up.

It was a feeling he had grown used to, coming back to his more mundane life after some time altering vision had decided to descend on the world.

At the very least, he was glad that he had calmed down enough to keep his persona going within the walls of the Gaia Academy.

He waved at awestruck students, greeted teachers that shook their heads fondly at his antics, blew kisses at young ladies and lords that blushed at the mere sight of him. At the very least, on the outside, he could've pretended to be happy.

Ísar was returning that day as well, much later than he had, and Osayi was not at all ready to discuss the young king's passing but he also needed to check something.
