—OSAYI'S POV—

"What do you mean I cannot go to Ogronevia, Hua Hua?" Osayi asked his friend through his own magic item, a round mirror, as he watched the maids help him pack to return to the Academy.

Because apparently, the Grand Duke just had to die right this moment.

It wasn't like Osayi was being insensitive to Ísar's situation. He guessed that it must be devastating burying family members over and over again.

The reason behind his frustrations with the Grand Duke's death was the timing.

He knew about that particular powerful shadow that was attached to Ísar's uncle and knew what it was. He also knew that it was still around even after sealing the rift, its ties to their realm and how powerful it was keeping it present though not active.

But the timing. The timing was too aligned with the vision that it was starting to make Osayi panic.
