Vol 1: Geography

The previous chapter checked the climate, second in the list is the geography. I personally love the geography of Royalty Pack because of its natural features.

• The Land

It was an oval shaped settlement that was occupied by the masses on the Left Shoulder. Meanwhile on the Right Shoulder, we have the royal family and anyone that was ever related to them by blood occupying it.

However, these two divided lands could be connected by the extendable invisible bridge to be found in between the new Royal Castle and the old Royal Castle.

• The Circumference(s)

The bordering ends of the Royalty Pack were called the Circumference — there were two Circumferences on the Right Shoulder (for the sake of security) and one Circumference on the Left Shoulder.

Do we know that the two mighty mountains interrupted the continuity of the Circumference? And yes, every part of a normal Circumference looked like blue-transparent material which we can't pass through it.

One of the most unvisited Circumference was the southwestern Circumference as it functioned as a wall of the Royal Shell, a graveyard dedicated for the royal Werewolves.

Oh, then it is natural to have the graveyard of the masses on the Left Shoulder, actually outside Royalty Pack in a place called Valley of the Dead; the only way to have Royalty Pack infiltrated is if the Defence Forces could be conquered.

So if Royalty Pack was circled by the Circumstance(s), then the only way in and out were the Left Shoulder's mountain, hardly the Right Shoulder's mountain, and the four Veils of Realms only found on the Left Shoulder. Two of the Veils were very close to the River of Origin, aligned in a straight line.

• The River of Origin

The main standing feature from an aerial view was the River of Origin that was as big as our brain wants to imagine it. Dividing the Royalty Pack into two equal halves, it flowed powerfully from the east to the west of the settlement, off to somewhere else.

Beneath its bright surface was pitch darkness and many naturally glowing creatures.

Running below from the end east to the ending west was Vamus Rock for the sake of keeping the royal settlement on the Right Shoulder from any unexpected infiltration.

Lastly, the two Royal Castles were situated in the middle of the flowing river, the new one been at the eastern locatand the old one been at the western location.

• The Two Mountains

Aside from the river, the Left Shoulder's mountain and the Right Shoulder's mountain have to be mentioned, respectively lying at the extreme northern part and the extreme southern part of the settlement. No one who's normal lives in or on the mountains as there was enough land to build houses on.

• Winter Apples

Then also among the natural features, Cluster of Winter Apples occupied the far end of the southeastern portion and the far end of the northwestern portion of the settlement.

These trees were snow white in color, their branches were thick, their leaves were soft, and they had the ability to whisper our names when we touch their stems.

Some people called them the whispering trees, and they tasted delicious, so why would anyone bring in apples to Royalty Pack?

• Artificial-made Features

Have we talked about the artificial-made features like farms and roads? No, Royalty Pack had neither of the two, meaning importation of farm products was always the case.

The Werewolves rarely eat vegetables, so it didn't affect their economy that much. The meat they consumed always came from within the settlement as there were a lot of animals to slay and to export.

But still, the Land of Traders was the most prominent artificial-tainted portion of the Royalty Pack. It was like a tetrahedral sector of a circle, with another tetrahedral sector inside of it called Monday Market.

In conclusion, the geography of the Royalty Pack encouraged hunting over farming. There we go saying that it positively affects the cultures of the Werewolves, that some of the major features like the River of Origin have big stories behind them, and that it could present some impacts and challenges that should be seen in the story.

The next chapter would tell us about the landmarks; we don't want to miss the history and the significance of the landmarks and the legends associated with them.
