Chapter 134: surprised and disappointed

At 11:00 in the morning, Valerie, accompanied by Hans, visited the prison. She immediately got out of the car, carrying a light brown branded bag that matched her vanilla-colored outfit. The pregnant woman entered the main room and faced the police officer while taking a seat.

"Mrs. Valerie Trierweiler McCourtney," the police officer greeted casually.

"Sir, I want to see Samuel," Valerie said without beating around the bush.

The officer in navy black immediately furrowed his brows.

"Um, I think you're aware that he's been released, probably over a week ago," he said.

Valerie furrowed her brows. "Released?"

"Yeah..."

"How could he be released? He deserves to be imprisoned for what he's done to me and my husband!" Valerie protested, unable to contain her emotions in her shock, remembering all Samuel's bad things towards her and Damian.
