Synopsis

Yu Su, who perished during the apocalyptic era,
found himself transported back to a primordial era.
Upon arrival, he discovered that he was destitute.
His birth mother had passed away, his father
suffered from mental disabilities, and his younger
brother exhibited signs of autism. The responsibility
of survival now rested solely on Yu Su's shoulders.
Nevertheless, he considered this life far superior to
the apocalyptic era. Armed with determination,
resourcefulness, and a mind teeming with extensive
knowledge of the Sorcery Encyclopedia, he believed
that no obstacle would be insurmountable. In this
primordial era, treasures were abundant, waiting to
be unearthed!
In order to conceal his hidden supernatural abilities,
Yu Su resorted to deception and claimed divine
revelations.
Gradually, he assumed the role of a deceitful deity,
a remarkable imposter who captured the gods'
attention.
Unbeknownst to him, he had unwittingly become
the gods' spokesperson in the mortal realm.

Except for some confusing parts that looked like cut, the story is really nice. The characters are likeable and the plot is not boring. It really hooked me up and I can't always wait for the next chapter.

Overall i give it all 5 star. 1st when i read it, i thought you will make ancient-fantasy (without beastmen) which is most novel my Favourite. The character that i really focuses on is yhe father (Jian Yuchuan) his character development is the biggest. I also think he is the center of your stories which make it more interesting and important character. It's rare to have characters like him because most of stories nowadays will make of bad father figure, that alone make your stories likeable to me since i wanting to find good father figure in new novel. Most of novel and manga nowadays is focused in family fued which is i don't really agree with and like. To read your book who priorities the family 1st is really amazing. When i say priorities the family is, not about some become obsessed with their family but it look really family that we know. Supportive family and friends, yes we all like that. And you also really not abandon other part to solve another part. When read the finding of beastmen tribe, i thank you. I thought it you will end it quickly but can't help getting excited everytime new chapter is coming. Great job!

The translation is readable, but there are instances where the text within the chapters is not in order or has been repeated multiple times, causing some confusion. If you are impatient and want to MTL to read ahead, the raw title you can search for is 穿回蛮荒当神棍 In general, this is a good read with a lot of city-building, general cultivation lore, and interpersonal conflicts. Just be prepared for your brain to ache from the fact that so many people within any given village will have the same family name. Or, at least it reads that way once phonetically transliterated into English. Might be different characters entirely in Chinese, I don't know, but there's at least five different Yu families in the Yu village alone. Can prove challenging to keep track of which family is which.
