Chapter 234: THE SET UP

Magdalene tiredly went to her room with a headache. She tried to get out of the many layers dress as she felt suffocated in it. After many attempts she was successful. She didn't even have time to change when she just fell unto the bed. She rolled over and groaned. Her body shivering as if in cold. Tears stung her eyes and her entire body feeling very weak. She just lay still as if dead but she wasn't.

Magdalene didn't know for how she lay on the bed before a Knock on the door woke her up.

"Who's it?" She asked not going to open the door as she was too weak to.

"The queen requests for your presence immediately at the king's Chambers" Answered a guard.
