What a waste. started of good, but 84 chapters in, i am so nauseated that i wish i had never even tried to read it. so many fuller chapters, a mc without any brain, worst character development. giving it any rating is an insult.
This started off well and then couldn’t decide if the mc is oppressed or if everyone loves him… the fl is a goldigger but so is the mc… the childhoods friend gets dropped cuz… money.. and somewhere around 170 his system has an inventory and a bunch of stuff in it out of nowhere and his cultivation lets him fly and he gets a martial skill out of nowhere… seems author got confused or sick of Pokémon… weird The translation is actually not terrible…
Waste of time. The author doesn't know how to write a plot. Frequent logical errors and the author's stupidity are some of the many flaws of this story. It's a waste of time on this point. My rating is minus 100

A Brain dead mc and brain dead empress man seriously how could he not take chance to take aloy to bed and she is like yeah he is the future and nothing else matters
The beginning of this novel was promising, but afterwards, the author introduced too much nonsensical content into the story. I've read all the chapters, but I can't understand why the protagonist consistently spares Lear. The repetitive cycle of the MC defeating Lear but not killing him, only for Lear to return and confront Shen Fei again, has become monotonous. The ending of this novel was lame and disappointing. The author could have provided a more satisfying conclusion.
let me come clean, as this is a review, I must say that the novel is just about a gold digger who found out that her ex was destined to be successful, and then she used her means to secure him back, thereby getting back together with him so as to leech off his greatness. I dislike such behavior.
This is your Typical Chinese Fiction where the MC with So much powerful Background ended up as trash than rose up to the top,Faceslaping so many People and Making many woman's puss* Hot without Proper reason.
Starting was good but later mc became a son-in-law charecter and started to live a stupid life with many ups and downs which is overly extreme. The charecter of mc is very stupid, naive and he does not have any conviction.

Just TRASH as the other generic novel with trash abandoned MC with former glorious family tha got ruined for the plot somehow got cheat and start faceslaping all around.Read aroun 10 and start skimming the rest of free chapter with hope it got better but i only got disapointed as it only get worse. The side character don't have any braincell left to the point i doubt the author even have met and talk with human before.Not to mention the MC just as bad if not worse than the other trash MC out there Conclusion : DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS TRASH

The premise looked great at the beginning but the whole POV of the so called empress kinda ruin the whole flow of the story telling for me. The MCs character also is off-putting in some instances. Add to that the dumb way people find trouble with MC makes me feel the author doesn't have a clear view of how the characters should interact with one another. Its like all the antagonists are just presenting themselves to be slaughter by the MC.
this is by far one of the most cliché novels I've seen here on webnovel(and I've seen a lot). There is just so much unnecessary writing and the plot is not really good. Also very predictable.👀
The start had some hope but the following had so much stupidity that its hard to follow the story. He defeats a guy and that guy still walks away as strong guy but MC is still good for nothing even after 200 chapters of lashing the very same enemies again and again.
Translation isn't that bad.... and that's all I can say. It is literally only filler. He has people wanting to kill him... and he spares them only for them to try and kill him again. And nobody has any real reason to kill him. And he has a lot of enemies... and the number of enemies doesn't change... They also look down on him for no reason even though he's the strongest in his group. Nobody respects him so that he can be a forced underdog. Oh, and his fiancee is looked down upon by him because, even though her family gave him financial help when he needed it and nobody else (including his parents) gave it to him, he was offended that she didn't worship him.... when everyone else bullied him. She even tried to protect him from his bullies and gave him help he needed during his most dangerous times... Yah... it's not the people trying to kill him, bully him and humiliate him that he has a grudge against, but the girl who gave him more help than anyone else in the entire novel..... This story drags on with nothing happening. And this isn't a "slice of life" where you just enjoy the life they're living and this is about the characters... it's just the same thing repeating over and over with "stupid young master wants him dead, gets beat up and then acts like a victim and swears revenge" happening over and over again....

Starts out really well. Typical transmigrated to another world gained a great skill no one knows about, engages to the local goddess but comes from poor background. That being said it is done well. The world is built well. then as usual the author makes the characters idiots without common sense. I would love for a good writer to come in and rewrite the story because it has great potential.
The plot is extremely bad. Everyone target the mc because he is female protagonist’s fiancee. There is almost no development. The mc just use his cheat to upgrade very quickly.
Trash novel. Trash pacing. Trash characters. After chapter 20 it goes from goofy bad, to Trash bad. No redeeming qualities to be found.
Too many problems in the story. mc has to face lots of problems because of his family. and the author keeps on forgetting the setting he made in previous chapters. Don't waste time on this story
I'v read hundreds and maybe even over a thousand novels at this point ranging from everything like Against the Gods to even garbage novels full of just face slapping like the novel Old Ancestor: Thrown out by the nanny at the start and this is the first time I've actually disliked a novel so much that I had to comment. The beginning of the novel was pretty good and had great potential, but then after a few chapters it's as if the author decided to give the story and a basic outline to a 10 year old who just finished watching (not reading) one piece and told him to finish it. The mc is maybe the only character besides the female bestfriend (only bc she barely has an appearance and her actions I could somewhat believe) that is somewhat decent and that's just because there are so much more garbage characters in this story in comparison. Every other character basically seems completely forced and it basically seems like the author decided to just make the iq of everyone but the mc at around a second grader with huge complexes and silkpants behavior. Even the "empress" that is in the title is just complete nonsense with her being not only reincarnated, but also seeing the future? Like what. The first few chapters is like a standard novel where she appears cold and it seems like there is going to be great character development where she falls in love with him and stuff but no the author just forces her on him and makes the mc look like a complete tool that has the body of a highschooler but stuck with the mind of an extremely greedy elementary kid with absolutely no morals. The kind of kid who if kidnapped, would help his kidnappers count the money and prepare his own murder just bc they gave him a lollipop. A lot more can be said but I'm not trying to give an essay.
