If Hagrid's arrival at the Hut-On-The-Rock in the Sea was one of the greatest mysteries in the Harry Potter Random Worlds across the Multiverse, then there was one other thing that made the Contestants feel utterly helpless.
How to contact the Dark Lord, Voldemort?
Of course, every Contestant, regardless of their interests, knew that a weakened Dark Lord was hiding in the forests of Albania just before the original events took place in the main Timeline.
In the ancient days of the Primordial Tower, the Contestants didn't take much time to start searching for him en masse.
Contestants of the Chaos' Valley wanted to contact the Dark Lord to gain his favor, serve under him, or replace Quirrell to become his host for possession.
On the other hand, the Contestants of the Order's Peak wanted to find him to either report him to the officials or prevent him from possessing Quirrell.
But even after hundreds of hundreds of years, even after billions of Contestants going in and out of Albania's forests, searching every dust particle the forest carried, none could find even the shadow of the Dark Lord.
So, the Higher Floor Contestants, who had nothing else to do but to come up with logical theories, again theorized a possibility.
The matter of Lord Voldemort's hiding was the Timeline's… sweet spot.
It wasn't like the Contestants couldn't find him in the forest. It was the Timeline that actively prevented them from doing so. Like Harry Potter, Voldemort too enjoyed the Timeline's Providence, even though it was only a Lead Providence.
So the only way left for the Contestants to contact Voldemort was to either have a mission during the 1st Wizarding World War or after he had already possessed Quirrell. Anything in between was and would remain a dark gap in the Timeline.
Kai was most probably the only Contestant in the history of the Primordial Tower who had gotten to know something about Voldemort's missing period. Now he just had to confirm if The Order Of The Immortal Lotus was as grand as having their presence across the Multiverse or not.
But now that the Dark Lord had already begun acting his part, Kai had no plans of waiting anymore before making the first contact.
Again, the Privileged Faceless was about to use his advantage to its fullest potential.

Next Morning,
Leaky Cauldron
The Leaky Cauldron had suddenly gone completely still and silent.
"Bless my soul," whispered the old bartender, "Harry Potter…what an honor. It's… almost like meeting Ms. Darcie in person."
He hurried out from behind the bar, rushed toward Harry, and seized his hand, tears in his eyes.
"Welcome back, Mr. Potter, welcome back."
Harry didn't know what to say. Everyone was looking at him. The old woman with the pipe was puffing on it without realizing it had gone out.
Hagrid was beaming at first. Now, after hearing that name, his large forehead gained creases.
Then there was a great scraping of chairs and the next moment, Harry found himself shaking hands with everyone in the Leaky Cauldron.
"Doris Crockford, Mr. Potter, can't believe I'm meeting you at last. Just yesterday I was reading an article on you and Ms. Darcie."
"So proud, Mr. Potter, I'm just so proud."
"Always wanted to shake both you and Ms. Darcie's hand — I'm all of a flutter. One down. One to go."
Harry Potter finally caught up on the oddness he had been feeling.
At first, he was just taken aback because of all the welcomes and excited expressions. Now, he wanted to know who was this Ms. Darcie, and why everyone was comparing him to her.
I must ask Hagrid later, Harry thought, shaking hands nervously.
"Delighted, Mr. Potter, just can't tell you, Diggle's the name, Dedalus Diggle."
"I've seen you before!" said Harry, as Dedalus Diggle's top hat fell off in his excitement. "You bowed to me once in a shop."
"He remembers!" cried Dedalus Diggle, looking around at everyone. "Did you hear that? He remembers me!" Harry shook hands again and again — Doris Crockford kept coming back for more.
It was then a pale young man made his way forward, very nervously.
One of his eyes was twitching.
"Temporarily disabling all Sub AIs…" the Ad Infinitum beeped. "Switching Title to Proficient Collector… Alerting the Parent AI… "
For the first time after coming to the Primordial Tower, Kai experienced a 15 Attribute Points worth of boost in his Luck.
There were no extreme changes in his surroundings. Nor did the Mana or Breath responded to it.
It was also not because a 15 attribute points boost was nothing.
It was just… Kai's Luck had finally become what was considered to be… above average.
Still, some things were bound to get affected because of it. That's why the Ad Infinitum temporarily shut down all its hacking and computing power, focusing entirely on the person standing in front of Hagrid and Harry Potter.
"Professor Quirrell!" said Hagrid, two yellow crystals bobbing up and down in his beady, black eyes. "Harry, Professor Quirrell will be one of your teachers at Hogwarts."
"100th Iteration of Soft Legilimency failed…" the Ad Infinitum beeped. "Attempting Hard Knocking…"
Kai and the Ad Infinitum had decided on two approaches.
Soft Legilimency was the one where the AI would try to find the tiniest gap in Quirrell's mind and bug the entire mind structure.
But Quirrell's mind wasn't just his now. It was backed up by the Dark Lord, who was one of the greatest Legilimens himself.
Hence came the Hard Knocking.
Kai would rather attempt to bombard his way into Quirrell's mind at this moment. Because, his prime motive was to make contact with Lord Voldemort, not to enslave the wizard.
It would most definitely alert the Dark Lord, he knew.
But so what?
"P-P-Potter," stammered Professor Quirrell, grasping Harry's hand, "c-can't t-tell you how p-pleased I am to meet you."
"… 3rd Iteration failed…"
"What sort of magic do you teach, Professor Quirrell?"
"… 30th Iteration failed…"
"D-Defense Against the D-D-Dark Arts," muttered Professor Quirrell, as though he'd rather not think about it.
No… he failed to think about it.
His thoughts were scattering.
"… 300th Iteration failed…"
"N-not that you n-need it, eh, P-P-Potter?" He laughed nervously, his brows twitching. "You'll be g-getting all your equipment, I suppose? I've g-got to p-pick up a new b-book on vampires, m-myself." He looked terrified at the very thought.
But then… Professor Quirrell's thoughts indeed stagnated, the terrified emotion on his face refusing to change.
"Must get on — lots ter buy. Come on, Harry." Hagrid grumbled.
Doris Crockford shook Harry's hand one last time, and Hagrid led them through the bar and out into a small, walled courtyard, where there was nothing but a trash can and a few weeds.
Hagrid grinned at Harry.
"Told yeh, didn't I? Told yeh you was famous. Even Professor Quirrell was tremblin' ter meet yeh — mind you, he's usually tremblin'."
"Is he always that nervous?"
"Oh, yeah. Poor bloke. Brilliant mind. He was fine while he was studyin' outta books but then he took a year off ter get some firsthand experience....They say he met vampires in the Black Forest, and there was a nasty bit o' trouble with a hag — never been the same since. Scared of the students, scared of his own subject — now, where's me umbrella?"
Vampires? Hags? Harry's head was swimming. Then he remembered. "Hagrid…" he began, looking at the giant, "… Who's Darcie?"

The White Serpent Tower,
Lesser Bounded Field
In the Giant Hall of the Tower, Kai was sitting on the throne as Darcie in utter silence.
Item-M, Red Sun, Cersei, Item-S, and Petyr were there, too, eying him gravely. They all knew how much they depended on Kai's Luck at this moment for their plans.
Just as the moment of Hagrid and Voldemort's meeting passed, and all hope felt lost, Darcie jerked.
For the first time, the White Serpent Pirates got to see the creepiest smile on the girl's face.

*
"… 3000th Iteration… Success."
Two yellow crystals bobbed up and down in Professor Quirrell's eyes.
And thus began the tale of the greatest Timeline Diverging event of this Harry Potter Random World.
