Chapter 264: Preparing for the tournament

"I see, so that's what happened. Alright, I have all the information I need." Fade stood up and was about to leave when Niel with all the power he could muster tried to grab hold of Fade but could not. 

"Are you going to kill her?" 

"... If my hunch is correct then no I will not, but if she proves to be someone that needs to be eliminated I will not hesitate."

"Can you at least tell me where she was last seen?" 

Fade looked at the pleading Niel and sighed. Fade took out a USB from his trench coat and tossed it at Niel.

"That's all I have on Chloe Klein, formerly known as Chloe Gardson."

Niel picked up the USB and was about to thank Fade but when he lifted up his head Fade was no longer there. Niel wasn't even able to hear him leave, and even now that he was holding the USB in his hand Niel was unsure if he was ever talking to Fade in the first place.
