Chapter 148: The First Clue

While I do understand the logic behind us wearing our combat attire for this mission, I am not too happy about the fact that the gloves are destroying my newly done nails. I mean, it was such a cute color and now I'll have to go back to a salon at the next city just to have it redone. 

Phew, whatever. I should just do my best in this mission. The earlier we get this done with, the earlier I can go to get my nails fixed. And these nails need a lot of fixing. I'm thinking of going maybe crimson red for the color, just to match my hair. Besides, I've never tried that color before. 

Now happy because of my impending trip to the salon, I make my way ahead.
