Chapter 5: 5 What is this.....
Ariena lost all her cool for that split of seconds. It seems that soon she will erupt like a volcano,she bite her lower lip hard to gain her conscious back. While looking at her gave a chill to Charlotte and her group. They have never seen Ariena behave or talk back like that,it scared the bejesus out of them.
Charlotte took her time to compose herself and said with pride,"Yes..... I deserve him. Only I can match him with my beauty and status. Our business is the second in this country and we are expanding abroad also. Unlike someone's household who depends on Johnston to finance their business." All the girls erupt in fist of laughter.
'That's it...' thought Ariena with a livid face ' Now you asked for it bully'. "Haha ..." she joined them in their pleasure, making them stun by her behavior.
"I agree your dad is doing good,but dear you have nothing to take credit for that don't you think..hmm...And Yes how can I compete with your plastic face coated with thick make up...." she pointed at Charlotte face with disdain and shrugged her shoulder, "Mines is natural you see I was born with such delicate features .... UNLIKE .SOMEONE .LIKE .YOU.." Ariena said while pausing and stressing at each words at the end with a supercilious grin.
After saying this she turned to move away from them.She don't want to waste any more energy on such insignificant being.She swears to God if she has to wait one more minute with that evil girl she would have vomited all her delicacies on her face right there ,which will be no longer be delicious at all.
Seething with the insult Charlotte made a move towards Ariena and pushed her from the side really hard , showing that she lost the balance of her diamond imbedded stilettos.
Ariena was not expecting any kind of physical abuse,she lost her balance. She was scared of getting hurt but what frightened her most was the thought of embarrassing herself, she would be a laughing stock in the whole city, this would be really bad for her and Andrew too. Hurting his reputation was the last thing she wanted to do...
"Aaahhh....."she let out a yelp in process of getting a hold on something. She closed her eyes to save herself from seeing the reaction of people on her embarrassing moment.
But moments pass and she couldn't find herself hitting the ground. She does not feel anything cold touching her, instead it was the warmth that had embraced her.
'Hmmm.... did I got lucky and saved myself form all the hassle....?"thought Ariena.
That moment she noticed that her face was burried in something hard .....well build..chest and her hands are holding onto the silky soft fabric of the suit. Not only this there are arms around her waist and back to hold her straight in a place. 'Who is this?...' thought Ariena.
Confused by her discovery,she thought did Andrew saved her as she had noticed him earlier he was checking on her from time to time. But when she sniffed her nose to smell the colonge on the person,she came back to her senses....
"No...He is not Andrew ,it doesn't smell like him at all...." she almost screaming in her mind.
Recovering from the shock of getting pushed and then been held by someone stranger, she blinked her eyes a few times to gather herself . She moved her body a little bit back with a light push so that there is some distance between her and her saviour while balancing herself on her feet. At the same time she raise her eyes upward to look at the face of the man who saved her and protected her pride.
Surprised by her learning, Ariena opened her mouth to say something. But before she could utter a single word from her mouth, the man in dark blue tuxedo and white shirt asked her with concern filled in his eyes, "Are you okay... did you get hurt somewhere....?"
Not believing who she saw with her eyes, she blinked her eyes while shaking her head in denial mode and said, "No not hurt... All good" she paused and continued with a soft voice which one could nearly hear, "I'm fine...thank you."
But the man was able to listen her each and every words very clearly, even when it's just a little louder than a whisper. His face brightened up after seeing acting all cute, like a scared cat in his arms. He gave an amusing smile to her. For him.... her voice was giving him the feeling like someone was playing a beautiful notes on piano.She was looking cute in her confused and unbelieving state. Just like it was always have been....she is looking Beautiful....
"That's good.."said the man in reliving tone ,he then turned to look at Charlotte and said with gnashing his teeth in anger, "You should be more careful while crossing people to avoid any mishaps."
Charlotte body stiffened in fright at his demanding tone she apologize quickly in breaking voice, "Sorry, sorry... I'll be more careful in future."
" You better should be....." said the man in a irritating tone,his eye where showing how much he disdain this person.
"Senior..... Brother Evan...." exclaimed Ariena in a total surprise, but it was not a unpleasant tone instead it was a delightful and amusing one, which brought the man back to his cool self.

After some time , Andrew once again turn to check where his wife was feasting her senses with the variety of delicacies. She was looking like a little girl,who has gotten the permission from her parents to open her birthday gifts. 'She looks really cute,' thought Andrew with a smile.
But What Is This..... his eyes balls nearly popped out of his eye sockets. His beautiful wife is giving her most dazzling smile to a handsome man whose arms are wrapped protectively around her waist and back.
"Really..."he said in irritating tone. He was so angry at that if someone approached him he would have killed that person on the spot. God knows what thing made him so furious and why he suddenly lost his cool.
''Was it because of Ariena who was smiling so affectionately at a stranger,as if she got her lost treasure? Or was it is the man who is holding her so delicately as if she is a porcelain doll which will break into several pieces if he loose his hold a little bit?''
Suddenly, he looked at the man's hand which was on her bare back. The thought of that 'the man in blue tuxedo is feeling the soft and tender skin of his wife and also smiling at her with warmth in his eyes', literally, was pissing him off.
'And on top of it look at this naive girl, instead of pushing him away from her and slapping him hard on his face for touching her indecently ,she is beaming at him with so much admiration. Such a fool....'
"Aaggh Ariena...what do you think you are doing?" he nearly shouted in his mind.
