His goal is to became the strongest and defeat akuma king of saiyan from universe 18.
Akuma and other evil gods where deleted when king off all delete the 3 universe and their counterparts.
When c-17 ask super shenron to restore all the universe also the 6 universe where restored
I add ss4 as a failed try to unlock ssg because Demi saiyan’s blood is not pure enough.
If you unlock ssg you cannot use the ss4.
DBS ANS MAJIN BUU saga are postponed of 3 year
