Finally a journey of one of Lu Zhou has ended. It is very emotional for me to part with this book. At the beginning I started it just out of curiosity later it became an inspiration. Now I'm emotionally connected. Reading this book made me realize how the future can be impacted with scientific advances. For most of the readers it's just a good read but as a physicist and futurist, the concepts in this book or the future the author thought about are thought provoking. Morning star LL I'm waiting to see what sort of world you will create next time!!
This story is my absolute favorite story of all time. I have read many novels on this site and many more on others, but this remains my favorite. So far I have read it three times, and in a year or so I'll read it again. I highly recommend this novel to anyone who enjoys science and progression novels.

just finished and honestly, im kinda sad that it's over. ignoring the trust in PRC and the obvious "see how good china and the govt is????" throughout the latter half of the novel, i was honestly so intrigued with the story. Lu Zhou had some character development with more nuance than people give the author credit for. he keeps his main characteristics in being dense when it comes to interpersonal relationships and more inclined towards straightforwardness, but he opens up his actual ability to feel. the relationship portion felt really... rushed? but if you are reading wuxia/xianxia/xuanhuan, you often see an MC who will stave off a relationship for thousands of years or chapters, depending on the novel, but will enjoy that relationship for 10-30 chapters, then some tragedy happens and FL dips for essentially the rest of the novel. that's what happened here, which I guess is ok, but rather unfortunate. people have complaints about the latter portion of the novel, but I enjoyed it. I can't really put it into words because I'm no writer and honestly can't be bothered to figure out how to say why I liked it, but overall, good novel and just entertaining. :D i feel deprived now

perhaps the only translated, chinese novel I will ever like or have come to like..........................Must read it, ngl it is very good.
Fun story to read,i think from ch 600 it starts gething a little more serios,the ending seem a litlle rushed,but still a good ending.Translation its of good qualty,COMPLETED.

one of the best realism SciFi books I have read, with the plus of a system. If you don't mind being peppered with real Science every now and then in an interesting way this book is for you, it def made me be even more invested in the story/world

Such a slow burn, but so good. I'm a reader that can blaze through something I'm interested in quickly, 500+ chapters a day for some novels. This is not one of those. It's full of academic stuff I didn't understand. I went on more Google rabbit holes than I'm willing to admit, and I had to set it down for a couple days at a time because I couldn't stay engaged. That said, from the story to the world building to the ability to mature the characters over time, this as an incredible novel. I recommend reading it.
Enjoyed reading this it did drag at times and felt filler but def worth it for the feel moments. Although it doesn't drag too deep this book will leave lingering thoughts of what it means to be human. As for the political bs well if you cant ignore that then don't read webnovels.
This is my first review. I dont have much to say except I was addicted from beginning to end. The character developments and relationships were really well though out and the pacing was really engaging. The story moving from known concepts in to the unknown was really smooth and realistic. I have nothing else to say except this was a joy to read. I thank the author and translator for letting me have this experience.
Very good story, in depth technical details and character building. Not many if any storyline gaps or shortfalls except maybe the ending hehe. I cannot evaluate release schedule as it was complete when I started reading the story. Overall I enjoyed it and have recomended it to others.

one of the best sci fi on webnovel. its very likely from the real current science, though in the end the postulate and other theory became more and more vague. but we know that the author was quite knowledgeable in these aspects.
wonderful book. a fiction that catches you, makes you cry, makes you laugh, makes you reflect... Although at times we observed some prejudice against Americans, the main character always demonstrated an idealistic vision of a united humanity for a future... And even at the end of the book when the whole story seems already defined, the author still manages to surprise us...

I really like this novel so far. Like most system novels this one overpowers the main character but not in a physical, magical or cultivation way but by boosting his talent in science subjects. MC will grow more and more renowned as a student and later scientist but does have to work for his results in the quests he gets. So the mc turns from a geeky student into a super geek who blows all competition away, but he remains an autistic personality with high IQ and low EQ, abhors physical exercise and will probably never have a relation (indeed folks no harem, all women that throw themselves at him get ignored and friend zoned). A funny handicap instead of the murder hobo's and full blown idiots in other novels. Of course there's the usual nationalism in this one as well, but since you're on this site you should be used to it by now. One clarification about the "nutty" used everywhere in the text that I saw endless comments about. In Chinese it's funny to intentionally misspell words, and here the author misspelled the word 牛逼 (awesome) as 流弊 (cheating). So whenever someone says the MC is awesome the actually text say the MC is cheating. Fun joke in Chinese but doesn't really translate well. Seems the translator chose nutty (crazy) as a translation which sort of is the same kind of a joke but it just doesn't work for English speakers cause I saw lots of comments that the translator should use awesome instead of nutty as nutty is a negative term. So for me reading those comments it's very funny cause that is exactly the joke the author intended And yes, you'll see the word nutty coming back every few chapters so get used to it )
