When her alarm rang, she never did hesitate to kick the alarm and bang, it made contact with the floor but the moment she realized that it was already quarter to 8, she was the one who made contact with the floor.
She pulled herself together and dashed to the bathroom to wash herself before throwing any outfits.
The first outfit she wore was a light blue button front sundress but when she realized who she was, she changed her outfit.
She realized that although he would take her to somewhere, she would rather be careful and aware of her surroundings.
So, she changed her outfit. She put on a red blouse before pulling out the brown trench coat and boots to match the outfit.
She decided to make a matte look and made no effort on styling her hair since she casually let it flow.
She grabbed her leather cross body bag and went outside while waiting for Niko. Good thing that she timed everything and she was almost late.
Before the short hand could hit 8 o'clock, a vision Mercedes Benz Maybach ultimate luxury car and when the short hand hit 8, Niko was already in front of her.
"hey, really?" was the first thing he said to her.
Confused, she asked him what was wrong. He chuckled and pointed at her outfit. Not that, he didn't like it, she was rocking it but there was something else he noticed.
"let me guess, combat knife holder boots, the pockets are filled with sedatives, guns and knives. How many knives and guns did you bring this time?"
She groaned and told him the truth, "I'm being careful this time and I brought 15 - 20 knives, 4 guns and 2 dozen of sedatives. The extras are in the bag—"
"This was supposed to be a date, not a secret mission," he whined before he opened the door and shove her to the seat.
"I swear, when I take you out next time, don't bring harmful objects. You're not my bodyguard—"
"I am your assistant. I'm protecting yo—"
"shouldn't that be the other way around?"
"yes—no! Gosh you idiot, just drive!"
Although he was driving seriously, he would often glance at Alora and he would casually smile.
Though that wasn't the first time he took her out, just the two of them alone, she wasn't comfortable enough. She's comfortable with him, but not her surroundings.
Because she was raised as an assassin, she couldn't help but be ready for incoming problems.
Plu, she was overwhelmed by his car and she disliked the idea of luxury cars getting a scratch or something. It would cost a lot of money.
She was worrying about the car and the possibility of enemies spying on them.
"Lor, stop it. No spies this time. I mean, why would they want to even follow us?"
She had few answers to his questions but when she decided to speak up, she stuttered. The uneasiness was overwhelming her.
"I—I because y—you're a high profile person? I mean, you have a lot of enemies, my goodness!" she gripped her bag tightly and heaved deep breaths.

"why are we here exactly?" she asked him while looking at the greenery in front of him.
She waited for him to open the door as his sign of courtesy. She thanked him before getting out and let him guide her hand.
When she saw what's in the middle of the garden, her eyes widened and she couldn't help but to let out a gasp. She looked back at him and raised her eyebrow.
He didn't say anything and just guided her to the right way.
"really, Niko?"
