Chapter 11: Going Out!
Ye Long didn't know Nie Li already marked him as a potential enemy. What more, he is trying to help one of his brothers to take Xiao Ning'er away from him. If he knew, he would just laugh at the first part and beat the crap out of them for having an idea for his Ning'er. Wei Nan probably becomes a eunuch.
While things moving alone, Ye Long decide to leave Glory City. Since birth, he never had a chance to leave this place, he was too weak. But now he became stronger and most dangers arent danger for him. The only problem was how to convince his mother.
Naturally, she knows Ye Long is strong, but he doubted she would let him leave just like that. Taking her permission won't be easy.
In the end, nothing worth mentioning happened in the class. Ye Long and Ye Ziyun went straight home after sending Xiao Ning'er to Winged Dragon family.
A few days later,
As planned Ye Long confronted his father about going out for training. Strangely Ye Zong agreed but told him not to go much further and he alone responsible for taking permission from his mother.
Ye Long spend few more days, being mommy's boy trying to gain much love from her. Meanwhile, he didn't forget to protect his sister from Nie Li. Finally on one night, at the dinner table, Ye Long brought the topic.
"Why would you wish to go outside? You can spar with your father or grandfather" saying, Ye Yun gave strong glare at Ye Long.
As Ye Long felt intimidated, he shrunk a bit and smiled wryly. His father was eating head down without care. And His sister was no help since he saw she also nodding to her mother's statement.
"But mommy, I don't know how strong I am? What if somehow I hurt father or grandfather?"
"Hehe, Long'er you're funny! How could you be as strong as your father or grandfather? Don't joke around, stay home and attend the class every day"
Ye Yun giggled uncaringly after hearing Ye Long's words. Although Ye Long said he became strong, she didn't think he could be stronger as Black Gold Ranker.
"But mom…?!"
"I said no, end of the conversation"
Ye Yun cut off her son's pleading in middle. She didn't want him to leave Glory City. Although deep down she knew, Ye Long had to experience outside world she couldn't bear to let him go, Even for a month.
Ye Long was helpless. Now he had only one way, sneak out. But Ye Zong decided to speak instead.
"Yun'er, let him go. He is a boy, we can keep him here forever, just let him experience the outside world"
"But he is too young to go out," Ye Yun said frowning. She already understood the point, but her heart was reluctant.
Ye Zong smiled lightly saying "You know, I was only ten when I went to…."
"Yes, Yes, We know you went to adventure. Fine! I will let him go" Ye Yun interrupted her husband. Gritting her teeth she agreed to let her son go on an adventure.
Ye Long became jubilant "Thank you, mother, As I said it won't take more than a month"
"Yes, you will, if not, I will come searching for you," Ye Yun said bit angrily with a threatening tone.
"Mom, should I go with little Long? Now I'm 3 star Bronze Rank if something happens I can protect him" Ye Ziyun who was the silent whole time decided to participate in the conversation.
"No!!!"
All three of them denied the innocent girl who wanted to help her brother.
"Bullies!" Ye Ziyun mutter cutely with small tears corner of her eyes.

Next day Ye Long gathered necessaries into Storage Ring his grandfather gave him when he was young. His mother still showed some reluctant but ultimately nothing she could do.
"Be careful, ok," his mother said not hiding her tears, while his father supports her.
Although Ye Long also felt melancholy, he must do what he got to do. Ning'er also came but didn't show her emotions. She just stood side by side with Ye Ziyun nodding at his mother's words.
Ye Long smiled and said "Don't worry guys, I won't go much further and I will stay out from dangers"
After separating from family, Ye Long marched toward his first destinations.
Black Devil Forest,
Even Nie Li consider this place as a dangerous place. According to him, even in Dranic Ruin Realm finding a place like this is a bit hard. Ye Long wanted to see what so dangerous about Black Devil Forest. As for dangers, he might unable to handle, his Immortal Spirits will be covering it. He had full trust over two Phoenix Sisters, nothing to worry.
Throughout the journey, nothing worth mentioning happened. Although Demon Beast came intending to kill him, in Ye Long perspective all of them are weaklings. With just his physical strength alone Ye Long fend them off but never killed as he didn't see any reason to do so.
After two days of walk around 'St. Ancestral Mountain Range' Ye Long stood in front of the gloomy entrance of the Black Devil Forest.
"It's really strange and dark" Looking far as he could see inside to the forest, Ye Long mused. However, his face covered with thick excitement.
"No point waiting out here, let's go inside. I want to see who or what burn the Ning'er's soul"
Ye Long showed no hesitation on the sight of the gloomy forest. He still remembered Ning'er in an alternate life, she got her soul ignited by something inside this forest. He wanted to find who or what was that. And have some fun and training while he at it.
