The sword disappeared in a flash, so did the arm that held it. Of course it did, he'd been trained to kill with his sword as fast as possible, pushing the speed of his swings to the limit so much that his sword and hand would seem like it was missing to the opponent, but when they saw that their heads were already flying.
Like any of his other victims the rabbit couldn't react in time, his sword almost touching the rabbit's scalp right next to his horn. And the swing was completed without any hindrance he didn't even need to look to know the results, this thing couldn't be the killer, maybe the enemy was using it as a distraction?
But at the moment he had pulled his sword back, it seemed lighter. He brought it up to his eye level and noticed the whole section that he had used to cut the rabbit was now missing. Turning back the rabbit was still there in all it's innocence staring at him.
"How the hell!?" He shouted. And Panda was very happy to answer his question.
Right infront of his eyes, the cute looking rabbit began to expand, just to about 1.5 it's usually height. But it's fur turned pitch black, bristling like a clump of needles, as the wind passed by several clinking sounds echoed in the empty alley as the hairs on the fur rubbed against each other.
The horn split into two, becoming a black, crystal like horn that curved backwards. On each of it's limbs a single sharp blade like claw protruded from between it's toes (X-23 if y'all know what I mean). It was the exact opposite of what the usual Panda was, like the Jekyll to her Mr. Hyde.
But really, she was just showing off, she could transform at a really quick speed so there was no need to show the process. When the sword was coming at her, she's transformed back and forth so fast. The sword that was going to cleave her skull in her normal mode, instead landed on her horn when she transformed cutting it where the contact was made. And in the next instant she was back again like nothing had happened. Even last time when she knocked the captain into a building, she'd transformed mid hit and transformed again when she landed, not even Zhao Wei noticed anything.
When she turned into this form, she lost a little speed from her size. But in exchange she became a literal wrecking ball (Imagine song now). She braced herself to jump, propping most of her body on her back foot, her fur shifting with the breeze. The man wanted prepared himself to attack it when it came, but in the next second Panda was out of his sight.
The sword bounced on the pavement a few times before it finally came to a stand still, the man didn't even have time to swing before noticing that half his abdomen was missing. She moved so fast that by the time he realized he needed to counter, he had been dead for a few seconds. The body crumpled down like a string less puppet. His eyes wide open, a mixture of regret and hopelessness, if only there was still life within them...
Behind him, Panda was back to her cute normal form.

In another alley, a group of men were huddled next to a wall, they found the only part of their area where there was absolutely no traps so they were using everything they had, weapons, equipment and even their own hands to dig their way to the other side of the wall to escape this nightmare.
It took them a little while, but they broke through before the enemy came for them, unfortunately they were facing a trapper. And they just decided to make a mess of his territory, once they entered the walls more of them got wiped out even faster. He knew that if they couldn't go up, backwards or forward they would break through the side. And an easy enough plan.
But as they entered they realized he'd also put traps in there. The smaller space of the room made it so that their large group was sure to always step on any trap he set becoming a resting. It was set so well that it almost felt to them that this whole thing was made with them in mind.
Opting to go back, they back tracked into areas where the traps had already activated. But some were still unlucky enough to get caught by those that were left untouched. They were surprised themselves that they could even get out again, with their comrades dropping like flies next to them, they'd already accepted that there was a high possibility they were the next one to go, but as they looked around them they realized how lucky they really were.
Out of 20 people who went in, only 4 of them were left, and it wasn't to say that they were the strongest, smartest or fastest of the group. If there was anything about them, they could only say that they were maybe the most fortunate, but it'd probably already cost them a lifetime of luck at this point.
They didn't feel like trying anymore, dropping their weapons and armor onto the floor to rub the places that had become sore they just sat down in a group and waited, maybe for their target to come find them and find them himself, maybe for death. The point is they were done doing this b%lls@#t!
