The first book of the (Mother) Nature and (Father) Time fantasy series. The universe started with one being. Initially, it was only Time, also known as Eternity. For thousands upon thousands of years, Eternity ticked by alone in their vast black wasteland of nothingness. So the story is gonna be about an otaku who got reincarnated into Naruto world as Shikamaru's twin brother. 1. MC will use meta-knowledge to get all the things he wants. 2. MC has a high IQ as a Nara clan member. 3. MC is well-versed in biotechnology to assimilate different bloodlines. 4. MC has no cheat system. (only High IQ Nara gene and meta knowledge) 5. The early chapters were not quite good but that is because they were the first I ever wrote, so I would ask that you read till chapter 40 before concluding that it is not for you.
