So the story is gonna be about an otaku who got reincarnated into Naruto world as Shikamaru's twin brother.
1. MC will use meta-knowledge to get all the things he wants.
2. MC has a high IQ as a Nara clan member.
3. MC is well-versed in biotechnology to assimilate different bloodlines.
4. MC has no cheat system. (only High IQ Nara gene and meta knowledge)
5. MC can have a girl or 2 but not more also it won't be the focus of the novel.
