I’ve sat on this story for a while. Reading the reviews had given me mixed feelings and when I read this for the first time I couldn’t make it through 10 chapters. So I left it alone in my library for a while. All of my favorite stories are caught up so I figured I’d give it another shot. I’d like to express my gratitude to FictionOnlyReader. I loved your kuroko no basket story and everyone who reads HP fics enjoyed A magical Journey, so you can imagine my surprise when I had a very hard time trying to read this. Constantly I had to force myself to keep up with Takuma and his failures, wining, and slow progress. Constantly I had to force myself to not drop this book. Through 100+ chapters I had to watch a regular person get suddenly thrust into a very dangerous and no longer shounen world and somewhere along the way I understood. This story is a masterpiece. This story is a representation of a regular person forced into a very real version of Naruto. No bloodline(yet?), no super chakra(yet?), no clan(yet). Can the people reading this review honest to God tell me that you would fair any better? But that’s not the point. The point being this is an amazing take on the world of Naruto. We see the consequences of a real world here. When Takuma screws up he has serious consequences as you might have read or will read and they’ve had everlasting effects on how the story plays out. Yeah its hard to read, but in real life when something bad happens alot of people can’t watch and that’s what happened here. FictionOnlyReader has taken the Shounen World of Naruto and brought it to life. This is by far, with no comparison, the most realistic fanfiction of Naruto ever written…. AND ITS FUCKING AWESOME! The quality of the writing, the plot, the consequences, the world building, all of it is simply beautiful. To FictionOnlyReader: Watching your writing improve from kuroko No Basket to A Magical Journey was awesome, but seeing your writing from there to here is simply incredible. Keep up the hard work and hopefully someday I’ll get to see a world you’ve created by yourself.
