Fury is more of a coward that a spy, he is the kind of person that would fake his death or let someone replace him just so he could watch, he would watch for years, and then when someone else solves his troubles he appears like he solved the entire crisis, and everyone respects the guy for some reason afterwards, not to mention that fury almost never do any kind of confrontations or battles of any kind, he legit is as good as some average fbi agent when it comes to battle, a normal human, he is not a ninja, he is not a martial artist, he is a true spy, a true faker
