He didn’t technically blackmail him. His 'backer' initially acted behind his back, so he gave him a warning. Basically, he threatened that if it happened again, he also had his own cards to play. In the end, they both had leverage over each other, which ensured neither would act against the other. That was the basis of the 'blackmail', which actually isn't. For the loopholes... I don't know actually I wrote this part of the story so much time ago that I don't remember the details. It's possible I overlooked some things and speedrunned the chapters. I will look at it and change it if possible, but can you give an example of at least one 'loophole' also considering what I said above? Other than that, you still gave the novel 4.5 stars huh...
