Might be wrong but I think all Omega powers are technically "limitless". Meaning that they could grow incredibly powerful with their respective powers, example: Manganto (Helmet, metal control guy). Keyword could. I might be mixing information though.
After thinking for a moment and seeing as he had a lot of MP at the moment, Benjamin decided to spend 40k MP each to upgrade it further into an Omega-class ability.
