He can only have 1 in a dormant rank. 2 as a awakened. 3 as a Ascended 4 as a Saint 5 as a Supreme 6 as a Sacred 7 as a Divine. He gets none for the amount of cores he has. I don't plan on giving him a army of growing gaurdians. He has to be careful with who he chooses as gaurdians.
