Low tier, zero effort story that doesn't even follow it's own premise and instead keeps putting characters from other more known Chinese literature into it. The main character will barely use the upgrade system for his land, in fact you will pull your hair out when you discover at chapter 300 that he can use other resources to upgrade his land but wtv. the author tired to focus on kingdom building, but knowing the MC comes from earth into a "medieval cultivation" style era, I don't understand why he keeps focusing so much on the old ways of running a dynasty which are inefficient and prone to corruption, he doesn't even try to apply modern concept and his territory basically stays in the dark ages but now with portals and potions.
proud of what exactly? winning at a dice game? That's like being proud of being born in a rich family, or in a 1 st world country instead of a canibal tribe in the amazon. it's not an accomplishment, it's just dumb luck. Also, why does he think he is a genius exactly? Then again every Chinese novel does this, they keep calling people born with special talents "genius" as if it was an acquired skill or something. By that logic monkeys are geniuses at walking and fish are dumb because they can't walk but horses? they are the true 1 in a million paragon of a genius worthy of being a core disciple and direct students of the sect leader. truly, horses are the heavens chosen.

This is exactly why I stopped reading novels with systems where the MC was just some loser in his previous life and the system just gives him OP powers and plot armor. After all if you give a big red button to launch nuclear weapons, it doesn't matter who the owner is, it might as well be a baby and it would do the same damage as a loser MC.
He was a demon due to circumstance. It just happened that he gained all this power out of nowhere. If they were in his stead, those professionals, experienced men—they would be much more capable than himself already.

Yeah, I forgot this was an academy novel tbh, the author is unnecessarily verbose to describe things that don't happen or the multiple povs about the same incident. I mean this whole chapter was just basically, MC woke up, MC didn't capture anything, MC found nadia, Nadia is fighting two demons. that's it and it took a whole chapter to say this. the fact that he wastes paragraphs to say that the MC hasn't captures anything is frustrating. I can write a whole book about things that don't happen. Mike didn't achieve godhood in his first 12 years of life. Julie failed to reach her quota in the first 3 hours of her shift at the red light district. Susan didn't find the pasta in silence four of the supermarket. The demon king didn't have the erotic dream he was wishing for in his previous sleep session. I could expand any of these topics and write about how each character feels and even offer different POVs, but for the love of all that is sacred that would be a waste of time in writing and reading.

My god how can someone willingly write something so brain dead. I could faceroll on my keyboard and something more logical than this would come out. Medieval Fantasy with child labour laws so that you force the MC into a "tragic backstory" is plain retarded. "he can't get a job until he is 15" excuse is so dumb and ignorant of both medieval times and event current times living conditions for poor people. my god I would have to write a novel to explain everything wrong about this book but let me give you the TLDR: the name should be changed to "how to correctly NOT use your infinite power"
