why is this locked at chapter 40 when this novel has 120 plus chapters already

well I would have continued to read this novel but the author locked it at 40 chapters when this novel only has 105 total. I would have been fine with it if there were more than 300 chapters and it was locked at 150 but this is to early in the novel to lock it

quit using this as an ad it's getting out of hand
