However, before he could reach her, Amour launched forward, and slashed with the crimson-bladed axe. Before it could reach Doppelgänger, an invisible wall appeared, and stopped the axe like it was held by invisible strings.

Doppelgänger turned to Amour with a grin, and snapped his fingers. The ceiling fell, and landed on top of him, burying him like an ancient mummy.

He then turned to Alice, and saw the frightened expression on her young maiden's face. With one step, he was already standing in front of her, and then his right hand turned into a steel spear.

''Whoo!'' with a cry of joy, Doppelgänger stabbed the spear forward, and it approached Alice's face.
