章節 26: Thriller bark II
Zeus, Brook, and Zoro ran through the building and finally found Sanji kicking the shit out of Absalom, while Nami was off to the side in a wedding dress. Sanji was stomping on Absalmo and saying"You stupid cat freak! I should've killed you! Idiot! How could you take my dream fro me!" Zeus walked up and said "Can I PLEASE kill him now?" Sanji and the rest looked at him, and Absalom shook his head and said "Your Captain told you you can't!" Zeus looked around and asked Zoro "Hey you see Luffy anywhere around here?" Zoro shook his head and Zeus said "Well that takes care of that." Zeus grabbed Absalom by the throat and turned around and said "Anybody want a shot? 500 beri for a free shot!" Nami threw 5000 beri at Zeus, he caught it and whistled "Wow Absalom, you really pissed her off eh? What did you do to her? Fell her up in the bathroom or something like that?" Absalom was silent and Zeus shook his head and said "I was right? Wow, how do people like you live up until now?" what followed after that was blood curdling screeches, Zeus said "Alright enough you all had a turn, let me finish, thank you." he turned to Absalom, and sneered "Hello sir, I regret to inform you that your life insurance has been cancelled." he sent lightning through Absalom's body and turned him to ashes, Zeus sighed and said "That made me feel much better. You good sis?" Nami nodded and said "Yeah, by the way that was a really shitty joke." Zeus shrugged and said "Eh, you win some, ya lose some. Now let's go find the rest." They left the building.
They were walking in the forest and Zeus was getting annoyed and said "We really need a tracking device on these bastards." Zoro nodded and said "Yeah, they're always getting lost." Everybody stopped and looked at him, Zoro frowned and said "What?" everybody snapped "YOU'RE THE ONE WHO GETS LOST!" Zeus said "Fucking zombies! I'm done." he spread his hands and shot out white beams of lightning and turned all the zombies to ashes, the rest of the group looked at him, Nami said "You're quite irritable today." Zeus said "Yeah, well you know, haven't seen Robin for hours, and every step I take 18 zombie pop out of the void. Luffy probably got captured by Moria and his shadow stolen, Moria's probably gonna put it in a giant zombie and send it to find us." Nami said "That's oddly specific." Zeus shrugged and said "I like making particular guesses." the group continued and finally found Ussop, Chopper, Franky, and Robin.
Zeus jumped at Robin and hugged her "Ahh my sweet, I finally found you!" Robin chuckled and patted his back, Franky said "What about us?" Zeus sneered "Good job not dying, scrap metal." Franky snapped "YOU LOVESTRUCK BASTARD!" he put on his seastone brass knuckles and marched towards Zeus, who let go of Robin and shook his arms donning his gauntlets, next thing they knew they were eating the dirt. Nami was standing on top of them and said "What's with you bastards!" Zeus and Franky pointed at each other and said "He started it!" before they glared at each other and said "No it was you!" and again "Stop speaking at the same time as me!" and again "I'm an idiot!" they blinked and snapped "DID YOU JUST CALL ME AN IDIOT?!" and got into a dustbrawl, when the dust cleared it revealed 8 people, Chopper, Ussop, Zoro, Sanji, Franky, Zeus, Brook, and a zombie, they turned to the zombie and the zombie said "Where am I?" Zeus sighed and vaporized him before standing up, dusting himself off and said "Always feels good to win the dustbrawl." the rest snapped "You didn't win!" Brook laughed and said "I enjoyed that to the bone! Yohohoho." Merry said "At least you didn't do it on top of me." the guys were embarassed, and Brook said "Who's this by the way?" Merry sighed and said "Im Merry I was their old ship, but I ate a devil fruit and now i'm a ship-human." Brook nodded as if that wasn't the craziest thing he's ever heard, Zeus snapped his fingers and said "Speaking of which Merry, what can you do?" Merry touched her chin and said "Well every pocket on my body has the same space as it did when I was a ship and I bought a backpack when we were at Water 7, I can stuff a bunch of things inside!" She grabbed Chopper and stuffed him in the bag and Chopper disappeared. The rest of the crew blinked and Zeus slapped himself "Can you bring Chopper back please?" Merry reached into her back and pulled out Chopper, who was reading a book. Merry blushed and grabbed it from him and said "Oi! Don't be touching my manga ye bastard!" Zeus swiped the book and said "Manga?!" he opened it and saw that it said "Sora, Warrior of the sea" Zeus sighed and handed it to Sanji. Sanji was confused, he opened it and flared up "Why do you have this Merry!" Zeus grabbed Merry and said "Sanji how could you yell at her!" Merry grabbed Zeus' neck and said "Daddy he's scary!" Zeus patted her back and said "It's okay sweet heart Daddy's gonna make him go away okay?" Merry wiped her non existent tears and said with a fake sob "Okay!" Nami nearly fell down, Ussop held up a sign that said '9/10' and he said "Excellent acting, not enough action for me though." Zeus put Merry down and waved his hand and said "Eh. Critics." Sanji gave Merry back the book and Merry winked and said "I always liked Germa's Stealth Black anyway" Sanji's face turned green, and Chopper said "WHAT?!" Merry turned to Chopper and said "Yeah, I said it!" Chopper snapped "How could you?! Germa's the bad guy! Stealth black is the worst!" Merry stuck out her tongue and pulled on her eyelid and Chopper lunged at her "THTA'S IT YOU!" the two got into a dustbrawl. Zeus and the rest of the guys looked at each other and said in unison "Another rivalry." Zoro said "At least I didn't get dragged into it this ti-" he disappeared, the dust settled and revealed Merry, Chopper, and Zoro. Zeus was shocked and said "Seriously, how the fuck did you do that?" Zoro blinked and said "I was mid sentence damnit!" The rest shook their heads and they heard an explosion.
The group turned around and Zeus slapped his forehead and Nami said "Are you kidding?" there was a giant zombie just standing there. The giant zombie spoke in Luffy's voice "Hey I need to kill you guys!" Zeus sighed and smashed his fists together causing his gauntlet and ring to appear, as he said "Who wants to see non forbidden numbers?" Franky raised his hand and Zeus chuckled "Of course scrap metal would." the ring on Zeus' back started spinning and he raised his palms.
"Heaven's Ring, Angel's Trumpet"
His gauntlets turned into canons and he pointed them at the giant zombie
"Wormwood."
His canon-gauntlets let loose a blast and the air blew hard behind him causing the rest of the crew's hair to blow backwards, the energy ball shot at the giant and blew a hole right through the giant zombie's stomach and sent him flying. Zeus released his gauntlet and rings and dusted off his hands, he turned around and said "That was number 8, what do you think?" Nami said "Do you have to be so flashy all the time?" Zeus frowned and said "Do I look like Buggy to you?" Nami giggled at that and Zeus said "But yes I do." Franky said "If that's 8 what's 7 and 6?" Zeus licked his lips and said "Wanna find out? I can use them both a few times before I collapse." as they were talking the giant zombie got back up, Zeus turned around and said "He's not dead?!" he donned his gauntlets and ring before jumping towards the zombie and punching him, Zeus sprouted wings and flew back, he said "You guys might want to be behind me" Zeus turned to face the giant zombie and put his hands together before pulling them apart and revealing a golden short spear, the size of a sword and throwing it into the sky above the giant zombie.
"Heaven's Ring, Celestial Rainfall"
The sky above the zombie became pitch black and the same golden spear fell from the sky, on to the giant zombie. Nami blinked and Franky said "That's it?" Zeus chuckled and said "Look again tin can." The group looked back and saw hundreds of thousands of the same spears falling, it looked like golden rain. Nami said "Wow it's beautiful!" Zeus nodded and said "Yep. Although it's the second most beautiful thing on the island." Robin rolled her eyes, and Zeus continued with a frown "To be honest with you even if you were to stand inside the range unless you were hit with at least a thousand spears, you wouldn't be seriously injured, it's more of a quantity over quality in this case and it's number 7." Franky said "What about 6?" Zeus sighed and said "It was mediocre power, if 6 was any stronger, my body wouldn't be able to handle it." The golden rain stopped and the giant shakily got up off the ground Zeus held his hands close together but not touching, a red ball formed in between his palms, and he threw it in to the cloud.
"Heavens Ring, Arch-Angel's Judgement"
The ball was absorbed into the cloud and the sky turned dark red, and Zeus pointed down.
"Exile."
A huge beam of red light fell from the sky right on top of the giant zombie finally vaporizing it. Zeus released his gauntlet and ring and said "I can do that one in my normal form too." he pointed to a zombie that was walking around and said "El thor." a pillar of blue light smashed into the zombie from the sky and vaporized him. Zeus continued "Normally though I just fight with the gauntlets on, makes it easier and less energy consuming." Franky though for a moment and said "Can't you channel lightning from outside sources into the ring to decrease the stress on your body?" Zeus nodded and summoned the ring "It does that partially, but there isn't enough electricity in the air for it to make a difference. Basically it is 99.99% my lightning and 0.01% lightning in the air." He released the ring and said "Now if we were in a severe thunder storm I could probably use number 3, without any backlash at all." Nami blinked and shivered "You said you can use that huge spear without any consequences whenever you want?" Zeus chuckled and said "Honestly Nami, most of the numbers are very strong and can kill and destroy a lot, but in the new world number 3 is a regular attack, and for Whitebeard, number 1 is probably him using 10% of his strength. Although you haven't seen it, let me put it in perspective, my absolute strongest attack, with backlash mind you, is basically enough to be a mediocre attack in the new world." Zeus chuckled and said "And our next island is the Island before the new world." Nami turned pale and Sanji and Zoro clenched their fists. The rest of the group gasped in shock and Robin walked over and said "Are you okay?" Zeus smiled and said "Yeah, a little tired but I can still fight." Robin smiled and said "Be careful, don't use any numbers if you don't have to." Zeus sighed and caressed her hair and whispered "What did I do to deserve you?" the rest of the group coughed and Robin blushed, Zeus chuckled and said "Let's go find Luffy" The group walked off towards the mansion.
The group found an unconscious Moria and Luffy, they surrounded Luffy and Zeus said "He's out cold." another voice was heard "Yes he is, that makes things easier." the crew turned around and Zeus said "Hey Kuma, here to kill us?" Kuma nodded and said "Yes, but first." he picked up some dirt and thrusted his palm at Zeus sending him flying across the island, "Now that the biggest threat is gone, it's time for the rest of you." Kuma put his hands together and compressed the air between his palms, before letting it loose, causing the air bubble to explode. Kuma walked up to Luffy and reached out to grab him, but there was a flash of light and Kuma got cut from his shoulder to his chest, revealing his robotic parts. Zoro said "A robot?!" Kuma said "Actually a World Government incomplete human weapon." Zoro sighed and said "A human weapon huh? I'm starting to lose hop here." before pausing and saying "Are you insistant on taking Luffy's head?" Kuma nodded and said "That's the most I can compromise." Zoro said "How about you take mine instead, I was going to be the greatest swordsman in the world." Kuma was about to say something. when Sanji stumbled his way up and said "Oi Mosshead are you forgetting about me?" He walked in front of Zoro and stared Kuma in the eye and said "Leave the mosshead and take my life instead, I'm 'Black Leg' Sanji." Sanji lit a cigarette and said "Mosshead, send the rest of the crew my regards." Zoro got up and hit him in the stomach, knocking him out. He turned to Kuma and said "Let's do it." Kuma nodded and walked over to Luffy, he grabbed him and pressed his palm against Luffy's chest, causing a huge red bubble to pop out of Luffy's back and said "This is all the pain and fatigue Straw Hat has from his fight with Moria." Zoro nodded and was about to walk in, when there was a flash of light next to Zoro, he flew back and was knocked unconscious.
Zeus revealed himself and said "Kuma, where do you get off injuring my crew mates?" Kuma said "I have orders." Zeus shook his hands causing his gauntlets to appear and said "Well you can tell the World Government, I don't give a shit." Zeus flashed and punched towards Kuma's head, Kuma dodged and thrust out his palm, Zeus grinned and grabbed his wrist before swinging around and kicking Kuma in the head, sending him flying. Zeus held out his palms and his ring appeared.
"Heaven's Ring, Angel's Trumpet"
His gauntlets turned into canons.
"Wormwood."
He shot a lighting blast towards Kuma, causing an explosion. Zeus turned his gauntlets back, and Kuma stood up, Zeus clicked his tongue and said "Those parts sure are something." Kuma chuckled a bit and said "They sure are." before he flashed in front of Zeus and thrust out his palm while turning it black, Kuma's palm slammed against Zeus' chest sending him flying. Zeus got up and and Kuma said "You really think you're invincible in Paradise?" Zeus said "You know Haki?" Kuma said "I need it for this exact situation." Zeus got serious and flashed in front of Kuma and punching him in the stomach sending him flying in the air, Zeus moonwalked above Kuma and flipped smashing his heel covered in red lightning on Kuma's chest and sending him smashing towards the ground.
Zeus landed on the ground and said "I'm not going to let you hurt them." Kuma got up and said "You can't protect them forever." Zeus chuckled and said "I can do it until I die, and that's good enough for me." Zeus engaged Kuma again, he threw a punch towards Kuma's ribs, Kuma blocked it with his palm covered in Haki and slapped forward with the other palm sending Zeus flying away. Zeus stood up and took a deep breath before his ring started spinning and he grew massive wings on his back, he charged towards Kuma, while his gauntlets grew and ducked under a palm thrust.
"Heaven's Ring, Angel's Strike"
Zeus uppercut Kuma in the stomach sending him flying into the air and flew up after him, he was above Kuma and Zeus smashed a huge fist on Kuma's chest sending him back to the ground.
"Comet."
Zeus flashed under Kuma and threw both of his hands back before smashing them into his back, sending Kuma back into the air.
"Double Tap."
Zeus flew high above Kuma, he raised his hands over his head, interlocked his fingers, and shot down towards Kuma while flipping, he reached Kuma and slammed his interlocked hands on Kuma's stomach, sending him shooting back to the ground.
"Meteor."
Kuma smashed into the ground making a huge hole with cracks spreading around it, Kuma was lying down in the hole, half bleeding and half short circuiting. Zeus landed on the ground, coughed out some blood and said "I'm getting better with Angel's Strike, I might be able to control it before number 5.." Zeus sighed and said "Ugh that's gonna fuck my numbers up." he shook his head before walking to the crew members and bringing them all together. Zeus was standing in front of them with a smile on his face as he watched them sleep, when he heard a sound he turned around and saw Kuma standing there, Zeus released his wings and turned his gauntlets back to normal before he said "I did not think you were going to survive that. Those parts sure are something." Kuma chuckled and said "Vegapunk's implants, what can I say." Zeus said "Yeah Yeah Vegapunk's a genius." before he lunged towards Kuma, throwing a punch at him, Kuma disappeared and appeared in front of the crew and raised him palm, Zeus screamed "NO!" before he flashed in front of Kuma and held his palm back. Kuma was surprised and looked at Zeus, his eyes were red now and he had red cambion horns on his head, Kuma said "Those are new." Zeus was confused and said "What's new?" Kuma said "The horns."
Behind Zeus, Robin and Zoro woke up slightly, they both turned and saw Zeus' figure, he was holding Kuma's hand with his gauntlets and he had his ring out, but they both noticed the horns on his head. Kuma remarked "Oh, some of them are awake." Zeus turned his head and saw Zoro and Robin looking at him, he smiled and said "Go back to sleep and when you wake up again we'll all be okay." before turning back to Kuma and saying "Well since the horns are new, might as well test them out." Zeus cocked his head back and smashed his horns into Kuma's face sending him flying before Zeus chased after him. Robin and Zoro watched him leave, and Robin teared up as she choked out "I hope he doesn't mean we'll all be okay without him." before she passed out again, Zoro clenched his fist and said "He better not have, otherwise I'll go to hell and back him back." Zoro gritted his teeth and stood up before stumbling in the direction Zeus and Kuma went.
Zeus started fighting Kuma again, he threw a punch towards Kuma's ribs and Kuma blocked it with his Haki covered palm, before slapping Zeus with the other, sending him flying back. Zeus got up and Kuma took a half squat stance before saying "Thrust palm canon" and thristing his hands at a fast speed sending palm prints towards Zeus. Zeus dodged a few but was hit by quite a lot of them, Kuma stopped and Zeus was standing tall and panting heavily, he looked at Kuma and said "Is that.." he stumbled forward, but caught himself and continued "All you got? You bear bastard." Zeus ran up and punched Kuma in the stomach sending him flying away, he followed after him and kicked Kuma in the back and sent him in the air, before jumping up and slamming his elbow into Kuma's chest sending him back down to the ground. Zeus landed and swayed a bit before panting heavily again, while Kuma got back up, Zeus complained "Can't you just stay down? Fucking Vegapunk." Kuma got into his thrust palm canon stance again and started thrusting, Zeus laughed and said "So this is the last move I guess." Zeus steadied himself before running through the the palm prints, not bothering to dodge, and positioning himself under Kuma, as he lost the left gauntlet and his right gauntlet doubled in size. Zeus swung his right arm up and uppercutted Kuma.
"DRAGONS ASCENSION!"
Kuma went flying in the air and landed back on the ground, while Zeus' ring, gauntlet, and horns faded. Kuma struggled to stand up and Zeus slowly walked over to him, Kuma finally stood up and Zeus threw and punch at him, but Kuma slapped him away, sending Zeus smashing into the ground, Zeus got up and said "You still want someone right?" Kuma paused and Zeus continued "Give me the red bubble and leave the rest alone. Kuma said "After all that, you still want to take the pain for him?" Zeus chuckled and said "I... already let him down once... This time I'm going to be the one to save him." Zoro showed up and heard Zeus, but it was already too late, Kuma said "Very well you have my respect Zeus." as he pushed the red bubble towards Zeus. Zeus smiled and said "Thank you... Kuma." before the bubble covered Zeus entirely and sunk into his body, Zeus let out a bloodcurdling scream, Kuma watched and sighed as he disappeared.
A while later
The crew were all awake and talking, Robin woke up and looked around, noticing Zoro was gone and Zeus wasn't there she panicked and started to run in the direction she remembered Zeus chased after Kuma in. The crew watched her actions and were confused, Luffy frowned and chased after her. They eventually came across Zoro and Zeus, Zoro was standing above Zeus, and Zeus was lying down on the floor with his eyes closed and a smile on his face. Robin broke down in tears and Chopper went to look at Zeus, Luffy said "What happened." Zoro was still looking at Zeus and said "He protected us is what happened, again." Luffy clenched his fist and said "Explain." Zoro sighed and started explaining how after Luffy beat Moria, Kuma showed up and that Zoro was going to take all of Luffy's pain and exhaustion in exchange for Luffy's life, but Zeus knocked him out and when he woke up, he saw Zeus was covered in blood protecting them from Kuma's palm with horns. Zoro said "And then he told Kuma to give him the bubble in exchange for all of our lives. I got there too late but I heard Zeus say 'I... already let him down once... This time I'm going to be the one to save him.' after that he stepped into the bubble and collapsed." Luffy knew exactly what Zeus was talking about and stared at him, he picked him up and walked back towards the ship, saying nothing the whole way there, as the rest of the crew followed him in complete silence.

Monkey_Godking Hey ya penniless bastards! What a chapter am i right? You wont believe what happened! So i wrote the whole fight scene and then at the final part I accidentally deleted it all. I almost gave up, but then I remembered all the hate comments and trudged on! You haters and my motivators LOL anyway I hope you liked it! and is Zeus dead? who knows! he should be! but maybe not? is the book over? Nani?! find out next time on dragon bal- er I mean twins of the sea, sorry wrong series! also I wanted to ask you guys if you liked meta jokes like for example Zeus says "let's get this over with the readers are angry" or something like that i was hesitant to put them in
ANYWAY NEXT TIME: sabaody part 1? or Zeus dies? gotta keep em in suspense.
sigh* alright don't rage in the comments you bastards are getting a second chap today, if i dont hear any hip hip hurahs i dont know i might do something crazy!
