When Aria placed her hand on Azerion's chest, the echo of the emotion she felt shook her mind. A warmth. A flicker. No. This was something that should never exist within her brother.

The discomfort brewing inside her threatened to spill onto her face, but she took a deep breath to steady herself. She regained her composure and erased that emotion from her mind as though it had never existed. This feeling does not belong here. I must destroy it.

When she pulled her hand away, Azerion looked at her intently.

"Did you erase it?"

"Yes," Aria replied firmly, her tone unwavering. She had erased it, but she understood what her brother had been feeling. And that knowledge made her furious.

Feeling this way about someone? No. For someone like Azerion, this is unacceptable.
