Aren stood silently, unmoving as his eyes scanned the surroundings with great focus. He didn't twitch even for a moment. After a while, the spider on his back began to move. Its long legs struck the same spot rapidly, over and over again. As the relentless strikes continued, the surface of the cube began to crack. Finally, with a sharp noise, the cube shattered, and Aren emerged from within.

The moment he broke free, Aren dashed toward Ryo, the spider legs on his back slamming forcefully against the ground with each step. Ryo smirked faintly and assumed a combat stance.

"Come on, little bug,"

Aren's spider legs moved with blinding speed, aiming for Ryo's weak spots. But Ryo dodged each attack with quick sidesteps and managed to get close to Aren. Aren bared his teeth, attempting to bite him, but Ryo countered with a sharp elbow strike to Aren's stomach. A shockwave rippled through the air, yet Ryo stood his ground.
