章節 48: The Lighter Side of Things

You feel your heart beating inside your throat as you feel Nick's arm firmly holding on to your waist. Your senses are filled with his musky scent and it brings some comfort to you. Knowing that Nick is here with you and not with Helena. That he came all this way to look for you and not stayed with Helena makes you feel so happy. 

You slowly put your arm around his waist so that you can walk in sync. You can feel his chiseled abs through his tight shirt. This awakens a feeling inside your core that even you forgotten existed. You feel so aroused by him that you start to shake a little.

Nick looks down at you while holding the table above your heads.

"Are you okay?"

You frown in response. "Yes, why do you ask?"

"You're shaking a bit?"

(Oh god! He must feel the desire I have for him)

"I'm fine, just a little cold. Now let's get moving"

You quickly divert his attention to moving forward instead of focusing on you.
