Hogwarts Card System: Story of Ted Epiphany

Story seems pretty good, the author isn't afraid to change the plot of the story. Albeit it can do with less Naruto bashing and the (in this story; less than) usual CN Japan insults. I got tempted and looked up the raws. Unfortunately, the best parts are in the 1st school year. Starting in the 2nd year there will be less of world building, less exploration of magic skills, just less of what hooked me on this story. More of mc suddenly finishing quests that we don't know about, more focus on mc's friends, and more of the author inserting memes and references in the middle of fights and serious events. The plot in the summer break is good tho. 3rd year has the same issues with the 2nd year, but the mc has less development in his skill acquisition and levels. Author gives more focus on Mc's friends. This is the school year the have me the feeling that the author is trudging through the story. 4th year, ***(SPOILER ALERT)*** The Triwizard Tournament (or in this case THE SEPTUWIZARD TOURNAMENT) There's 7 Magic School participating, not 3, but 7, and each school has not 1 but several participants with Hogwarts having 7 in their team. TBH I can barely read through this. There's the usual CN racism towards black people. Thankfully the author doesn't give us pov of all the teams in the tournament, just some notable characters, but together with the already existing characters there are way too many of them for me to care about leaving me skipping through them. Author gives huge focus on the challenges and with the mc being too powerful, huge part of it is in the POV of other characters. The MC is too op for this arc, the author's solution is for him to not use most of his strength. And yes more memes and references. TLDR; Best parts are more or less in the 1st hundreds of chapter, it's just downhill after that.
