When they were younger, Princess Mariah had proven to be a very good elder sister even though they were not related and had always kept her company even the crown prince's own, there was no way she would not recognise her if she sees her.

"Good day, Your Highnesses!" Princess Mariah greeted.

They all greeted her in response while Esmeralda still bowed. As she continuously did, Prince Elliott leaned towards her and then questioned, "You seem to be hiding from the princess."

Esmeralda looked at him before shaking her head and uttering back, "I do not dare look into her eyes, Your Highness." He raised a brow and Esmeralda explained, "We, servants do not dare look into you, royals' eyes and thanks to you, I was able to look at the other royals seating, but she wasn't among when you said it."

"So, should I tell her, valet?"
