     Returning back to work today made me feel like a little bit of normalcy had returned back into my life, so I had a little bounce in my steps this morning. Of course, I wasn't fully comfortable with sleeping alone in my apartment especially since laying on that bed reminded me of Trevor hovering over me with hatred and rage dancing in his eyes.

My standoffish boss was even relieved at my return and he hoped I was doing fine, since I told him about what happened before asking if I could take a few days off. 

As I began to serve tables, I soon lose myself to the now familiar routine.
